I did not have a good experience when I rented a piece of equipment from Norris just recently. They were quite unfriendly, the price they had quoted me did not include a lot of extras that were added on when I got the final bill, the equipment did not work when it was delivered, which took half a day for them to get it working and they did not want to give me any credit for the time lost waiting for the repair. I would rent from another company next time.

They have a very knowledgeable sales staff and an excellent service department that can handle everything from leaf blowers to wheeled excavators. I would definitely recommend Norris Sales for any of your rental or retail needs.
