I’ve been a customer for over thirty years, NO MORE. I was talked into getting an electric hot water heater in August for 1600 bucks installed and then chased down like a deadbeat for the entire amount by October, even though they have a payment plan, free, which was neither offered nor explained. I paid a grand in October and the rest of my bill by January, faster than their «plan». I’ve paid all my bills with this company including a new heating system several years ago. Thirty years. And paid their service contract every year. I now have tenants in my home who I guided towards this company to purchase oil, but now I’m getting that stopped also. I pay maintanence on the system and it won’t be through Superior. Nor will my tenants be allowed to use them, because you have to use their Maintenance plan to get their oil. I was treated so rudely it was unbelievable. I am a professional. I have good credit. I will absolutely not recommend them. I had them out three times for half done repairs. I’m telling you the truth. You make your choice.

The jokers that run this business deserve to go bankrupt. I’ve been a customer for 9 painful years, since it was a division of Sunoco. They gouge customers. Customer service is downright deplorable. My tank has run out numerous times — which they are supposed to prevent. It’s been just a horrible nightmare since the day I started using them — too many bad stories to type.
Fortunately, I decided to buy my tank outright. It was well worth the investment — only cost me about one month’s worth of gouging from Superior. I’ve found a reliable source for propane who charges me HALF what I was charged by Superior.
Superior??? I think not. Good riddance!

Horrible Horrible Serviceff. Refused an emergency delivery! Then turned our propane off during a delivery & charged a service charge $ 250 to come turn it back on. Etccc… Many other problems! Sneaky & worst company ever!

Twice in 30 days they have let my fuel run out and I am on auto delivery. I will be looking for another service. I liked the company I used before they were bought by Superior Plus. I give them no stars.

This company promised delivery 4 days in row and didn’t follow through even after three calls to thier service department and and one emergency delivery of ten gallons for which the still charged $ 284.00! I was current and paid all there bills in in 2013 on time. They are not service oriented and seem not to care. How to a smaller local company!
