Have tried many campgrounds in the last few years, found Sandy Beach very nice. Clean campground and bath houses. Nice staff. Spacious sites and full hookups of water, electric and sewer.
Have nice lake with boating, fishing and swimming. Quiet and shady. Activities too.

I stayed at sandy beach in June. Very quiet clean campground. Great staff. Good price. Nice beach. Seasonal campers are friendly. Roads are a little tight for big rigs. All in all a great campground.

Since we are here at the opening of the season and it’s our first time renting a cabin, I can say that it has been excellent so far. We have one more night and then our mini cation is complete. I’m sure it will be just as lovely. Staff is excellent.

Walden, NY
Great central location, this is a RV park/​resort, but also has small «log cabins» available for rentals (ck their website). We stayed in mid-​September, found the staff friendly and cooperative from telephone reservation to departure. The cabins are clean and quiet, fully equipped… when they say «you only need bring your linens» they mean it. Really enjoyed our stay, and would re-​visit again. PS. the lake is very clean, quiet, and relaxing!
