My wife and I stayed here while visiting her relatives. To understand why we loved staying here you have to realize that we traveled by car, in a single day, to Conway from Madison, WI. With a two year old. We left Madison at 9:30am and got to the hotel at 1:15am the next day. We were burned out and not in a good mood. The front desk attendant(who I’ve given a personal review for on the company website) was very nice, courteous and quick. He understood we were ready to lose it and did everything very quickly and politely. The room was huge(two queens) and very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and they give you both firm and soft pillows which were sufficient for me. My wife brought her own. There were four different Wi-Fi connections, three of which did not work for us as the router was too far away/wasn’t working. The fourth worked well enough to let me download two movies from Amazon in less than an hour. I never lost connection unless my device went to sleep. I simply reconnected and was good to go. The only real complaint was the noise from the side door. Our room was on the very end, first floor. The other side of the wall was the vestibule for the side entry. The door on that side didn’t have a properly functioning(too well functioning?) door closer. The door would slam shut, shaking the wall and making a bit of noise. This was annoying at night, but not enough to wake us up once we were asleep. Other than that, the stay was perfect. TLDR: Pros: — Very polite staff. Front desk and room attendants — Very spacious and clean room/bathroom — Indoor pool — Acceptable wi-fi — Close to everything Cons: — Loud side door that slammed shut — Continental breakfast was adequate. It’s free and tasted ok, so hard to complain about it. — Bad coffee(I’m reaching for reasons here) Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Showed up and had to wait about 30 mins until someone showed up at the front desk. Apparently the scheduled person walked off the job and someone was called in when they weren’t planning to be there. She was really nice. The breakfast was ok, but subpar even for a continental breakfast.

This hotel had the friendliest people working there than I have ever had at a hotel. They could not have been better. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and they were so accommodating. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the hotel was fine but average. I would stay there again over a 5 star hotel due to the great staff, especially the evening clerk!

I really want to give this place a better rating. The room was very nice and clean, and larger than most. The employee was friendly. But the wi-fi not working is a HUGE dealbreaker. Even connected directly via cat5 cable, the access was«limited». Well, there’s just no point to being here if I can’t get any work done.

first off, we booked online so they had no problem giving us the room that shared the walls with the pool. so we got moved, and then we discoverd that going up the elevator and geting off is like cramming into a can of sardines. We where hungry and discovered neither of the vending machines worked. luckly, it was conveniently located next to a Walmart. Our bathroom shower, was clogged up and midway through my shower i was standing in 2ft of water. other then that the stay was great and the people in the front counter where very nice.

Nice, and new since April 2011. Serta beds are comfortable, too. And they have an automatic one-touch pancake machine! Breakfast includes coffee, milks, juices, breads/bagels, hard-boiled eggs, mini omelets, sausage or bacon, cereals, Danishes, etc. Our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so it stayed foggy and hot after showers.
