I went to this studio for my son’s 1st birthday photos. I had a coupon emailed to me for a free CD w/the value package of 9.99. I arrived with my two toddlers and my MIL. We literally sat there through TWO rounds of The LIttle Mermaid!!! The lady kept saying that we were next and thanking us for our patience because they only had one studio up and running. Finally after sitting there for over an hour, she decided to open a 2nd studio because the people before us were taking forever! So all along she was able to get us through, she was just too lazy. She was however, very sweet with my son and very patient during the shoot. After that, we sat in the waiting room for almost another hour waiting again for the people in front of us, as if they couldnt just load our session on another computer! The people in front of us purchased a HUGE portrait package along w/some framed shots and they were even walked to their car!!! When she finally called us to view the portraits, all was fine and dandy until I presented my coupon that THEY sent ME!!! After that everything went even more down hill and I became a 2nd class customer. She became unwilling to help me sort through the photos and even got an attitude w/me when I asked her if she could pull them up on the screen so I could compare them. UGH!!! Anyway, she wouldnt give me the free cd that was on the coupon! I drove a whole hour to get to this studio so I could get my photos printed the same day and I figured the free CD was worth the drive since I know how much they like to charge for those. I leave over TWOHOURS later, only to drive my tired children home for an hour and left with horrible quality prints, a bad taste in my mouth and feeling totally ripped off! DONOTGOHERE!!! Stick to portrait innovations! At least their 9.95 package has far more prints, the quality of their prints is amazing to the crap I got here, and their customer service far surpasses the BS I had to endure at Olan Mills. On my way home I called their corporate customer service office and the lady did not understand why they didnt give me the CD when she clearly saw on the coupon that the CD came w/that package. They promised to call me back. 2 weeks later, NOTHING. What a waste of time. I’m disgusted with Olan Mills, they have rude and money-driven employees(who are apparently paid commission) and they dont care that they have below average customer service and photography skills.
