I have been a member for sometime. Pro Tan is fairly priced and reasonably clean. This place WAS great. Friendly staff, a place you didnt mind waiting on busy days and such. Over the last few months it has GONE DOWN HILL fast. The new changes, staff wise– HORRIBLE, RUDE and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You can tell that things have changes when you walk in the door, No customers. No one is waiting– dead. The staff would rather argue with each other or play on Facebook… I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the manager to call me back in regards to my account. You can see the bad habits start at the top. In this economy if your going to spend money on tanning, go somewhere else. They are just not worth the hassle and they have no appreciation for the few customers they have left.
