If I could put zero stars I would. Bottom line… Kroger SUCKS! Always out of national brands, always out of sale items and the managers at the Cookeville TN location are never on the floor. Hopefully Publix will come in and destroy their business. Oh, did I say that Kroger sucks???

I echo the parking comments of others. Be a good driver here. Deli girl cut my stuff the opposite way I asked. Told the prior customer she’d worked there a long time. I couldn’t tell. Good store otherwise. They seem to have a good selection.

We are trying from our corporate office to help pay for the food that is being sent to a family that just lost their father, husband very suddenly. They have a strict policy no credit cards over the phone. No faxing the information, no pre approval. Card must be present. This is totally unacceptable. There should be exceptions in every case. Very frustrating.

Fastest checkouts in town, best gas prices, and great selection of fresh produce and meats. I prefer Kroger over any other grocery in town because the staff is so helpful and I’m always in and out in no time.

In the process of getting remodeled, Kroger in Cookeville is a well stocked grocery. They have everything. If I ever need a specialty item that I can’t find in my Algood Main Street Market, I go to Kroger.
