Bought a massage for my wife through Groupon. Called to schedule an appointment. Apparently it is a burden to talk with customers. She sounded uninterested, unhappy and rude. We couldn’t make any of days work I had picked out for the next 6 weeks. I had to call back, which I was dreading. I called back and had a few more dates, which she was unhappy were beyond the «expiration» of the Groupon. My wife ultimately didn’t go to her appointment, which even if she did, and the massage was twice as good as the customer service I received over the phone, it still would have been horrible. Get a personality… One that says you somewhat care about your customers, and your work!

I had a terrible massage there from Sherri via a Groupon deal. I showed up for my 9:30am appointment at 9:10 and waited in the hallway, the business was totally dark inside. I called Sherri on her cell phone @ 9:25 and she rudely told me I «wasn’t scheduled until 9:30» and she would be there soon. I was contemplating just leaving after that conversation, but being I had already paid for it, I decided to stay. She showed up at about 9:33 and was carrying in bags of food and coffee and informed me she had stopped @ Super America on her way. I was noticably irritated and she quickly began to set everything up in the massage room, nothing had been prepared the night before. I requested she concentrate on my upper body: shoulders, back and arms. She then spent nearly 30 mins absently rubbing one of my arms. It was a complete waste of time and money. I signed up for their newsletter. Never received anything. Then I was never provided any link to comment or review her on Groupon and after checking with customer service, I was told that the merchant has to provide the link for a review and that based on my poor experience, she probably would not want me to review her. Don’t waste your money on this place!

What a wonderful community. I am truly impressed with all the services I have received at this center. There is so much to do: accupunture, massage, chiropractic, psychic intuitive readings, etc. There is also some wonderful merchandise from the Lemonade Boutique! Stop in and see what they have to offer!
