Wonderfully helpful staff. Would be ⁵⁄₅ if they were not limited by the store’s physical size. Proprietors are excellent sources of information on diet and it’s effect on children with learning disabilities.

This is a great shop run by a great family! A pillar of the Cooperstown community. Every time I go home I try to stop in for the African Style peanut brittle that’ll knock your socks off!

This store is just fantastic. I wish I could take it with me to Houston. It’s run by Ellen and Dave and their son, Rob. Don’t let the small footprint of the store fool you, they stock everything you could want in a health food store and more. They always carry locally farmed produce in the front, there are tons of vegan and vegetarian products and hard to find things. There are eco-​friendly household and bath products, bulk items, locally made cheeses, just about everything you could want from a grocery store, and though the items they stock are often higher end and therefore can be expensive, the prices are just what you’d find online, very little or no markup. They are also incredibly friendly people. They’ve let me sample produce before I bought it and once gave me an excellent vegan cheese as a gift because I had never tried it. This is a great local business, you won’t regret stopping by.
