A must stop for our yearly BCTC trip. Delicious breakfast, and coffee/​lattes. I got the Western omelet w/​rye toast for about $ 7.5. It was very tasty, and they don’t skimp on the size! I’ve been happy with this place two years in a row, and will keep coming back!

Went here for lunch and breakfast. both meals were really good, tasty. Staff was friendly and efficient, they were even kind enough to give me a free coffee refill on a solid dark roast. Taking off one star because the place could be a little cleaner, in particular by where the bus tray/​garbage can is back by kitchen entrance.

Great egg sandwiches. Their bacon is tasty and toast is good. Perfect place to hit before game day. My only complaint is that the coffee is weak hence the 4 stars. Highly recommend!

Good latte with plenty of flavorful options — if you’re feeling fancy, and good breakfast sandwich. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food at this small, family run business. Don’t let the shopping strip and liquor store deter you from checking this place out.

Great spot for coffee, sandwiches & breakfast. Convenient close location to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Probably the best coffee in all of Cooperstown. The daily special sandwiches were amazing. We had the Cuban Melt and it was amazing.

Skipped on the continental breakfast next door at the Best Western to give this place a shot and it was WELL WORTH IT.
I ordered a B.E.C. with egg whites on a roll. I expected a regular flat elegy white sandwich slapped into a poppy seed roll. However, I got this fulfilling, fluffy egg whites, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a delicious fresh soft roll. It was delicious.
I definitely recommend skipping on the mediocre free breakfast, if you’re staying in the Best Western, and paying a little more for a real wholesome breakfast/​coffee spot.

Loved it! Great little place to grab a bite to eat. I had a bacon and cheese omelet with coffee both were very flavorful. Prices matched the quality. I will definitely come back to Jive Café in the future. I will recommend to anyone that wants a great breakfast.

Spinach quiche was tasty yet light with a nice crust! Ordered this two days in a row it was that good. Daughter liked their mocha coffee and had this every day of the week were in town.

I should give this 1 star because based on the other reviewers had only reviewed this place and no where else.
It’s nothing to look at. The people who own or work here seem less than thrilled about life.
The menu is short — I ordered the «homemade» chicken salad — it was served WARM with some sort of flavored dressing — not mayo. Ughh. Not to mention the flies going around because they leave the door open.
If you’re going to ask friends/​family to give your café 5 star reviews, back it with good food.

Dropped by this humble looking coffee shop without any expectations. It’s tucked in a supermarket shopping plaza so I meandered in more out of convenience.
The meals are what set this place apart. In having both a wrap and a breakfast sandwich on separate occasions, I give the food two enthusiastic thumbs up.
The coffee is standard for a coffee shop. Good beans and properly brewed. Service is friendly and the workers are attentive.
Only thing that might go against it is the price. Had a little sticker shock when paying over $ 9 for a wrap and then $ 7.50 for a sandwich with coffee the next day. But hey, you get what you pay for.
Overall, I highly recommend this coffee shop as it is a welcome alternative to the fast food chains in the area.

Came here almost daily while my son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Coffee, food and service excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area!

Great local café. I had a spinach salad and my sister had the quiche and salad special — both were delicious. Planning on getting breakfast here tomorrow morning!
