I took my military uniform in here to get altered and they did an AMAZING job. I have gone to other places in Irving but none of them compare to how good my uniform came out today. If you’re in the military finding a place to alter and press your uniforms can be scary because it has to be perfect. Other places have always messed up the creases but here all of the creases are correct and crisp and the fit is great. It was also very affordable and done on time just like they promised. I absolutely recommend for military uniforms!

This is the best cleaners that I have been able to find. They have great customer service and they pay attention to the details. My clothes come back looking impeccable. I have never received a garment that still has spots on it, like I have from other places in the Dallas area. I noticed that other reviews commented on price, but they seem comparable to other places I have been to.

Excellent cleaners! Love the drive up service. I’ve had a few things repaired, all have been professionally done and look great. Plus they are fast! They check for stains even if you don’t ask them to.

Figured I’d write a review — these guys deserve a fair shake. I still work in the Las Colinas area and I used to live in Valley Ranch so I used these guys frequently for shirts, occasionally jacket and slacks, and a large comforter a few times. They were always prompt, courteous, and friendly. They always did an excellent job with whatever I left with them and they were always had my items ready by the time they promised. In terms of price I didn’t think they were that outrageous like many people are claiming — I thought their prices were fair. I moved a year ago to Plano and just recently found a local dry cleaner over there that received decent reviews — not only were they more expensive, my shirts(yes they were clean and pressed) smelled really funky(think combination of mothballs and food)… I think I’ll resume my dry cleaning with Paragon even though it’s no longer as convenient of a location for me… Lastly, the girl who always greeted me there is named Dong… She’s really nice though. No offense intended… I’m just immature.

A family owned business and you can tell by the way they run it. Great service, very friendly. It’s a little more expensive than your standard dry cleaners but they use cleaner products that are gentler on your clothes. They also replace worn buttons and do small alterations for free, without you having to ask.

Absolutely the best cleaners I have ever used, anywhere! Friendly staff, excellent service, good pricing… Also, excellent for alterations… my wife gets her jeans hemmed here… it looks like they came that way from the store when we get them back.

First time using this cleaners… Man the prices are outrages! Its embarrassing walking in with clothes and walking back out so I let them clean my clothes this time! Stay away, too many cleaners to pay this cleaners 30% or more on cleaning. PS: They called me and told me one of my shirts had a hole… Hmmmmm my shirts have never had holes. They stated they would sew it up for free, but it want look new! Gimmic??? I think so!

Fantastic cleaner– a bit on the expensive side, but their work is amazing. Pants are perfectly pressed, cashmere comes back without a pill, and my starched shirts stay perfect throughout the day.
