I’ve been coming here for six months with a membership and have had a few encounters of inadequate customer service but tonight takes the cake. I show up at 7:48 Friday, November 6th to get a spray tan which takes me literally 5 minutes from start to finish. The open sign was already shut off and the girl working the desk started blatantly moaning and groaning and I asked her if everything was ok. She said «I just cleaned that machine because we close at 8:00.» I said «Okay». Not completely sure how to handle her response since it was definitely not 8:00 yet. I was in, out and back in my car by 7:57. Even if I had shown up at 7:59, whining to your customers is completely unacceptable.

Save your money and go to a real salon where they actually educate the front desk staff! The girl tonight was high as a kite and had no tanning education or tanning tips. Came here on a groupon and after that it will be never again!

Being new to the area and minus any sun, I decided to stop in and try the Versa Spa spray tan on a friend’s recommendation. The people at the front desk on all visits have been kind and helpful. They took time to explain the use of the machine and provide tips for the best results. With a few adjustments on my part over time, the spray tan has worked out fine.
It is a bit pricey but convenient, clean, not crowded. Would love a trash can for the after spray tan wipes and hair net in the room — perhaps I’ll mention that on my next visit so it’s there when you give this place a try! Enjoy.

This was my first visit to a spray tan place, and I really liked it. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave good instructions on how it worked. I went yesterday, and my spray tan looks grea! Very natural. The facility was clean and convenient to use.
