We had our 2005 Honda Pilot serviced at Ben’s Service Center after we PCS from Ft Drum, NY to Ft Hood. 3 New York winters(–20 degrees and road salt) had damaged some gaskets bearings and steering components under the vehicle. I needed 2 repairs; one of which the local Honda Dealership was unable to properly diagnose. Ben’s ASE Certified Technicians identified the problems and repaired our vehicle the right way, the first time. They seem to give honest advice. They even told us that a small leak could wait a few months to get fixed if we needed to wait, as the problem wasn’t too severe. BTW, I was referred to them by other soldiers from my unit here at Ft Hood. I definitely recommend them. Your car will get fixed right.

Couldn’t be seen for over a week after calling. I brought my car in on my appointment date, and they didn’t even start LOOKING at my car until an hour before they closed. Still didn’t solve the problem, and they weren’t even sure why my car was there, even though I repeated it twice on the phone, three times at the shop, and again over the phone at the end of the day when my car was there. Employees don’t listen to the clients, and the front desk employees are grumpy and rude.
