I didn’t use their services, as a simple phone call to ask two simple questions quickly taught me better. The man I spoke to was harsh and seemed relentless. I mentioned, when asked, I didn’t want a cremation for my infant son. At that point, I wasnt expecting it to once AGAIN be mentioned to me because it was «cheaper». My call had nothing to do with services and cheap options, but getting off the phone wasnt easy and thats where the conversation led on his part. Cold, these people just seemed cold and that’s not what anyone needs during a time like this.
Scott’s Funeral Home is who we ultimately chose and I’m forever greatfull to them and for intuition!

Minus 5 Stars. This was a very disturbing experience. The widow of my brother and I met with Crawford-​Bowers. We were told they would not dress my brother unless we had him embalmed and a viewing. I then asked them to clarify that they meant he would be in the casket naked. This was confirmed. The treatment was harsh and impersonal. It was about the agenda of Crawford-​Bowers and not the family. Prices were unavailable in advance and were very high once we met with them. Options weren’t able to be personalized. Shame and pressure were the sales methods used. This is the type of business that sees people at their most vulnerable and they seize the opportunity to exploit this. Please take the time to check out other Funeral homes. Remember that this is about your loved one and your family. You are the consumer and they are the business. The fact that they use the name «Dignity» is an additional slap in the face. We ended up leaving this place in tears and despair. We found another Funeral Home, Scott’s Funeral Home, and had a totally different experience. This restored our faith in the Funeral Service Industry.
