Annoying that they refused to overhaul my pedals, claiming that this is not possible. It is annoying that they would not do this as replacing the bearings and the pedal is a very standard procedure. The overall laziness and lack of care of management in this regard on multiple occasions has ensured that my business has been relocated to the Grove

$ 250 for a bike fitting, I understand you may have the best technology in the game but that’s not what someone who just got into cycling needs. All i was asking for was some seat adjustments and the woman working looked at me as if I was a hobo with two heads. Little tip, cater to more than just Lance Armstrong and crew and maybe you can broaden your customer base.

I am actually writing a review about the location on Biscayne in edge water/midtown. It seems as though the employee’s who received us last night, did not want to be bothered. I was actually quite shocked at their comments and behavior towards customers. I asked for a rode bike in the $ 400 range as i had been looking at some pure fix online. The guy actually laughed at me and suggested I go to Walmart, as if I wasn’t a serious biker enough to be in the store. I then said so there is nothing that I can even look at and he said«no our rode bikes start at $ 900& up» ANDWALKEDAWAYFROMME. I had already seen a rode bike on their floor marked $ 500 so he was blatantly being a bike snob and pushing out business and customers. I will make sure to let everyone know to avoid this chain. I bought a beautiful pure fix just down the street at Miami Nike shop. Where the selection was not only bigger but the staff and owner were both amazingly helpful and nice. Wow, what are u ppl in the business of? Being better than money? The bike snob i remind you is the one working a retail job at $ 10/hour, not me. Would give a zero if i could. STAYAWAY. They have no customer service or work ethic instilled in store policy.

I started riding two and a half years ago and didn’t know anything about bikes. Not only they helped me put together a cheap bike I had to start, they have taught me so much about bikes and riding. I have bought two new bikes from there –a tri bike and a road bike– and love them. They are always nice, always welcoming and provide good service. They also have group rides which I love because they have people from all levels come and they are safe. So, I recommend the store for all beginners and pro cyclist.

My girlfriend tried to have a cheap bike put together there, just something she ordered online to ride to the grocery store, etc. I told them to call me if anything was wrong with it, but they put it together despite frame damage from shipping. When I came to pick it up a little twerp with buzzed hair told me that no-one noticed the frame damage so I’d have to pay an additional fee if I wanted to have it taken apart and put back together with a frame that wasn’t damaged. I took the bike home and came back and the manager said to bring it back and they would swap out the frame. The next time I came to pick it up the back tire was hitting the fender. The same twerp with the buzzed hair said, «oh its just a cheap tire.» I assume the implication was that because the tire was cheap, by design it ought to hit the frame. I am pretty sure even the cheapest bike doesn’t have the tires slamming into the bike when they spin. The bike mechanic heard him and offered to try to fix it. He got the tire off the fender and it spun freely. When I got it home and tried to ride it, the tires shook from side to side, clearly not being tightened properly. I went on Friday and Saturday to try to find the manager and he wasn’t there either day. I give up on this place, they can keep my $ 60 assembly fee because if I walk in the store one more time the twerp with the buzzed hair is going to end up with a broken nose.
