Well, I would like to give this place 5-​stars, but… I discovered Azul while shopping with my wife at Merrick Park. Window had some cool stuff on display, and a sign that said «Up to 70% Off,» so we Popped-​in to see if she could find a dress or cool top. LOTS of beautiful womens’ clothing at up to 70% off (none of which worked for her), but while I waited I tried on a pair of jeans. $ 165 (NOT on sale). I’ve never bought $ 165 jeans before, but they fit so perfectly– all except for the button fly. I hate button fly. So the owner said, «I have the exact jeans but with a zipper, here try them on.» No price or other tags on the jeans but I went ahead and bought them. Since I wasn’t wearing my glasses, I signed the credit card receipt without checking it. We hung out for a about 30 minutes talking with the owners– nice guys. That evening, $ 262.15 popped-​up on the transaction notice I received on my phone. Well, I called the next morning and about 2 weeks later, and after a ½ dozen phone messages, I did get the difference refunded. Nothing extra for the inconvenience (BTW you can buy a $ 100 coupon for $ 70 from a link found on this page, so a 15 or 20% concession would have been nice).
Anyway, I love the store, the owner and the jeans… Too bad about the mishap– but it could have been handled a LOT more professionally.

Great selection of clothes with THE friendliest staff I’ve encountered in Miami. Go in, they’ll take of the rest and get your fitted. I was shopping for men’ shirts and the selection they have is great with modern looking fits. Talk to Craig, he’ll take care of you. Reasonable prices also beats the other shops at Merrick Park.

I love this boutique! Good variety of women’s and men’s clothing. They have beautiful dresses, flowy pants and tunics. My husband loves coming here to buy shirts all the time. Nice environment and great customer service… they make you feel comfortable and they look for the perfect outfit. I’m very happy with my new fuchsia dress!!!

I love this place! the minute you step into the store the girls and the owner were very helpful and friendly, a place where one can find unique pieces… love it!!!

I ended up wondering in here on my way to Nordstrom, and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. Usually clothing boutiques have clothes that are way to «trendy» for me (you know, jeans with jewels on them, super flamboyant everything).
While there were trendy options here, there were also classic linen and jean staples from good brands you can’t find elsewhere that we’re right up my alley.
I walked out with a super dope pink Floyd shirt, a linen dress t, and one of the worlds most comfortable cotton shirts from this brand splendid mills made in CA
The staff were really cool as well. Not the euro-​deushbags of the Lincoln road archetype. Will be back for a blazer soon.

Hands down worst shopping experience I have ever had. The customer service sucks. I honestly don’t know how the could possibly have any clientele or how they are still open. EVERYONE there is rude. If you’re not apt to run a business then don’t. Save yourself some time and DON’T SHOP THERE

I made the huge mistake of buying a Tshirt in this store for one of my friends since it was her birthday. Long story short: my friend didn’t like the Tshirt so I came back to the store to exchange it.
They were soooo rude. Not only the person who works there but also the manager of the store.
Firstly they didn’t want to accept the Tshirt back, because they claimed the Tshirt was used. Which wasn’t true at all!
When finally they agreed to exchange the Tshirt they were soooooo rude and unprofessional. They made me feel so unconfortable and bad…
It was a HORRIBLE experience. I don’t recommend this store to anyone!

I just bought a beautiful fun in the sun white summer dress. The place made me feel as if I was in Vacation ! I’m sure this dress will come with me on my next adventure. Fun shopping!!! l. Love life.

I visited this store for the first time recently looking for a dress for my spring break and loved everything about it! There was a huge selection of outfits that were exactly what i was looking for. I especially love the Rich Girl on Vacation dresses they have in stock.
The girl working there, Khalilah helped me find the perfect dress plus i left with beautiful selection she helped me find. Def will be shopping here from now on.
