I gave this Bank of America branch three stars to be fair because they do have great customer service (unlike other branches I’ve been to where they don’t seem to care about anything) however, the parking is limited and the ATM machines always seem to be out of order. I’m not even exaggerating when I say the last three times I’ve gone to use the ATM at this branch either I or someone else has an issue with the machine freezing, or you can’t make a deposit or withdraw or its just not in service.

Thinking to close my account with them lately I have been charged monthly maintenance fee that’s crazy that I am charged in my savings account, also when I first open my account with them I told the guy that I was an student maybe they have a program so he didn’t explain good as well. Conclusion I am thinking to go back and stay with regions they never charged any monthly fee.

This is a bank and ATM. No frills. Pull into the parking lot. Find a space. Handle your monetary business.
Yes the lot can get full, but at least there is one.
There are only two ATMs and they can also get busy. I will never understand why it takes so long to look at a screen, check your balance and withdraw as much as you can! But that happens all along South Florida so I won’t knock this branch for that.
Go get money… spend it… work and repeat.

I hate this branch. Not only is the parking a pain in the neck but there are no drive-up ATM’s and apparently the people working out in the drive through teller lanes dont have certain denominations of money as made clear to me by the young man attending me. «Sorry ma’am (ugh, i hate it when people call me ma’am) but we dont have that amount. I would have to go all the way inside and get it from the back room.»
After he said that I thought about saying «Ok, I’ll wait» but he seemed super lazy and uninterested.
Bleh… Just drive west. there is a MUCH better branch just after the Palmetto.
