Dr Cruz never showed up for our appointment. I spoke to her on the phone to schedule, and then got 2 reminder emails from her automated service. When I showed up no one was there and the office was closed. I tried calling multiple times and did not get a call back… to this day 2 weeks later. I was so disappointed as I’d gotten a babysitter for my kids and so needed an adjustment for my migraines. I do not like leaving negative reviews but do not want the same thing to happen to anyone else.

Dr Cruz is miracle worker! I did not even believe in chiropractors till I went to the session with her. The next day after she «cracked» my neck, my stress level and pain was almost gone. Will be back for more sessions. I highly recommend dr Cruz! very happy client.

Just had my first session with Dr. Cruz and having been to other chiro’s before I already know that I like her style and will be a regular patient. She is very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the plan of treatment.

Enough cannot be said about Dr. Melissa Cruz. I came to her with torticollis which was causing me great pain and limiting my ability to really function (try driving w your head turned and tilted to one side)!
I had never been to a chiropractor before and was terrified of the notion that someone would «crack my neck». Luckily, my friend who referred me assured me that Melissa was gentle, thorough and, most importantly, very informative. At every point she explained what she was going to do, explained why and asked for my consent. This is paramount for me.
After my first session with her I went from a pain of at least 8.5÷9 to a solid ⁴⁄₅. After my second session I am feeling even better. These sessions combined with the cold therapy that Melissa recommended has helped me get to a point where I can tolerate the pain and have a greater range of motion (yay)!
In addition to seeing Dr. Cruz I went to my family practitioner who wanted me to get an MRI. Problem is I won’t be capable of lying down and withstanding a regular MRI for a few weeks. Not one to let her patients suffer any longer than necessary, Melissa helped me get an appointment right away for an open MRI at an extremely reasonable price. The fact that she went out of her way to help me get the MRI that was requested by another doctor speaks volumes on the level of genuine care she has for her patients!
