Papa John’s Pizza

This plce is right off of US 1. I order from there just because it is super close to my apartment.
Their pizza is good. I reccomend ordering online because you can get a large pizza 5 toppings for 10 $ you can either pick it up or delivery. If you call or order there a small pizza is for 10 $. What a difference eh? Sometimes i really dont understand their deals and they change all the time but I always get a good pizza so whatever. The pizza is good nothing special.
I really appreciated customer service. I had an issue with my order, because I work for an tax exempt comany and we have special deals. The manager did not know anything about it because we usually get it at a different place but she tried to figure it out until she did which i really appreciate.
The pizza is always ready on time which is cool and usually it doesnt take long at all eventhough the place is bussy.
They have a parking lot in the back for the customers.

At my daughter’s insistence, I ordered pizza to be delivered to her elementary school. This was last Friday, 2.5.16. There was a group special of 5 large pies for $ 50 (not bad at all). I ordered an extra pepperoni pie for their teacher. Order placed with Jose who claims to be the manager @ 12:15pm. Gave him address & phone# of school, paid with CC. Asked him if he needed any other info. «NO» he says, seemingly very confident and on top of his game. Delivery was set for 1:45pm. Around 1pm, I received a call from the teacher saying there is a pizza delivery but it appears under a different name. I wasn’t sure it was mine (I looked at the clock, 50 min early. I wasn’t certain…). When they asked for the last 4 digits of my CC# it matched with mine, but delivery was for a Penelope or Melissa, very strange. So I called the store and spoke with Jose again. I asked him about this bit of confusion & he confirmed that it was my order, he just got the names mixed up… his fault. OK-​no problem. I told him that I was informed there were 7 boxes, not 6 that I ordered, and would I be charged for something I didn’t order. He said, NO, it’s fine (I guess they would take the hit). Fine. Thinking that all was good… I later received a call from the room parent of my kid’s class thanking me for the nice gesture, etc. and to make sure I got a refund for the pizza that was at the school, but later TAKEN AWAY, bec. the delivery person got instructions to send it back. ???%%%###!!! WHAT!!! At that point I was furious. I called the store (once again) to speak to the genius who felt compelled to take back the pizza and leave 24 hungry kids at school. Turfed over to the «real» manager, Denise, who told me when they called the school to ask for my name, no one knew who I was. Also since they couldn’t get in touch with me, they decided to take it back, otherwise I would’ve been charge for an extra box & they didn’t have my consent. First of, WELL, HELLO… OF COURSE! The front office wasn’t aware I was sending pizza, though I gave specific instructions to write the teacher’s NAME on the TOP of the pepperoni box. But what kind of pizza business would send the order back only to sit on their counter getting cold, instead of just leaving the boxes with the teacher, so her class can have a well-​deserved pizza party for «doing good deeds» in school. REALLY? This was over an extra box? $ 10 – 15 dollars??? What boggles my mind, is what kind of decision-​making was that… end result: all that pizza was probably thrown out after sitting on the counter, a classroom of disappointed kids who were so hoping for a nice end of day party only to be let down, and a joke of a refund. This was not the outcome I was looking for. Pizza may be good, but customer service severely lacking & down in the dumps. Papa John’s — that was my VERY FIRST… and absolutely my VERY LAST order. Moral of the story: order elsewhere & stay away from this place. UUUUGGGHHHH. What a disaster, I am so embarrassed.

I placed an online order and it wouldn’t allow me to have it delivered at the time I needed it by. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone was so patient and did everything to push my order through. He was polite and I will definitely order from Papa Johns at this location because I was treated like a customer and not just a number. Thanks Max!

Excellent customer service. Carmen took my order and let me know it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in exactly that time and it was already ready to go. They greeted me right away and were very friendly. All other employees were very professional. Will be going back to this location again soon.

This place is horrible. I live literally across the street from the place and it takes them 45 minutes to get my pizza and they are so inconsistent. I order from them a lot. One day the have a special, the next they don’t and a few days after that, they have it again!
Not to mention that I always order the same thing and it’s always a different prize?! How it’s papajohns. I would assume they have set prices right? On top of that they recently tried to charge me an extra $ 5 for a few peperoncini. Ah horrible place if you have another papajohns nearby I would go with them you’ll probably get it quicker anyways.

They are always always always late. I have never once had the pizza delivered in a reasonable time (like 30 – 40 minutes). Ever. I would never order except that the kids like it. Otherwise, forget it.

So on occasion I can’t help but crave Papa Johns pizza. It has to do with the creamy garlic sauce.
I called an order into here, they told me when I could pick it up, I got there at that exact time, an boom – it was ready. I picked it up, payed, and left. Simple as that. It is a busy location, and there were others who were placing orders, picking up, etc. They manage to be quick and efficient even being as busy as they are. The pizza was as one would expect from a take out pizza place – good and greasy. I think they deliver too, but, I was just out of the delivery area.
