Let’s cut to the chase… bc frankly, ain’t nobody got time to read a long winded review. I ordered my food from eat 24(a wrap and soup). 15⁄20 mins later, I arrived to pick up my order. To my surprise, my food had not been prepared yet. So, I ordered an empanada to hold me down… it was pretty amazing. 10 minutes later, my food was prepped, packed, and paid. My wrap. My poor, poor wrap. For the price I paid, I expected something triple the size of what I received. When I held my wrap, the top part of the tortilla met the bottom part… kinda like an empty soft taco shell. I don’t know. I’ll try them again, only because I’m all about supporting the little guys… I do have to say, the people who were eating there did seem to have a larger portion of food, and they LOVED it.

Thursday night at 11PM I was stuck in traffic for a good two hours. I was on my way back to Coral Gables from Lauderhill and the six lanes on 95-S were slowly condensed into one lane because of construction. That also blocked exits so I wasn’t even allowed to get off the highway to take a back road. When I finally got back to Coral Gables well after 1AM I immediately passed out on the bed. Friday morning I was ready for something to eat. I headed out to Veganaroma. I tried parking behind their building but of course it was a tow away zone. So I went to the street parking and dropped in two dollars worth of change. Someone in a orange Jeep yelled at me while I was paying the meter. He asked me if I was eating at some café and I told him I was going to Veganaroma. He informed me that I was not allowed to park where I was not parking because it was a tow away zone if I wasn’t eating at the café. Thank goodness he let me know or I may have not been towed for not parking there. Finally made it to the front door of Veganaroma where a sign was posted. «Closed Friday and Saturday to cater a wedding.» Well it’s a good thing they gave everyone a heads up on one of the many social media networks they’re on like Facebook or Twitter. Oh wait, they didn’t. At least they were smart enough to leave an automated message on their phone incase you called ahead. Oh wait, they didn’t do that either.

Delicious and amazing!!! The minestrone soup was incredible, even took two cups home. We also had the ravioli and the veggie burger special. Equally delicious. And to top it off, we finished with the chocolate truffles… soooo good! Definitely recommend this place and will be back soon.

Came in here while waiting for my friend to get home– yes, you Ms. Unilocal Eliter. I opted for the curry, which was delicious, nice flavors, and the curry wasn’t too overpowering. It could have had a few more veggies and a little less rice, so if you plan on ordering this dish, I’d recommend you ask for them to go easy on the rice. Owners were very friendly, explained every dish, and put the TV on mute and turned on some nice jazz music when I arrived(I was the only one in there). For a quick vegan bite– def check this spot out. Parking is a bit tough, so was you drive up, enter slowly through the ally way(one-way narrow road) and head to the back of the building for parking. CAUTION: ENTERSLOWLY!

Upon entering this establishment one would believe they’ve entered into a time worp. The décor is eclectic and its dimly lit with a hint of grunge. I almost walked out but decided to stay and take my chances. The ladies that work here are somewhat friendly but also«hurry up and buy». I went here as I purchased a coupon. I had the mushroom veggie burger(really good), the pineapple/cucumber and mint smoothie(refreshing) and minestrone soup(more like a stew than soup)(didn’t eat not visually appealing). This place is located off southwest 8th street and you will miss it if your not looking. There is really no signage just a small script on the window that say Vegansaroma.

It was my first time coming here, the woman who, I assume owns the place, was so kind and I had the Indian special. It was so delicious and I ordered a lemonade sweetened with agave and it is DELICIOUS. I’m happy with my experience, it’s hard to find good vegan/vegetarian places in Miami. I’ll definitely come back

The food was mostly good as was the service. Ideally I would give this a 3.5 star for being above average but not quite good enough for a full 4th star. Not only is their menu vegan but also raw. Their cashew cold cappuccino was very good tho a bit gritty from the cashews not fully ground. I would order this again. I didn’t particularly care for the stuffed mushrooms but that was largely bc I do not like raw mushrooms. The filling was great and I ended up eating the filling with the arugula that was plate decoration. The sweet potato ravioli a were quite unique but very good! The potato outside was sliced quite thin and was not hard or crunchy. The filling was a bit underwhelming.

Very nice vegan, organic café! I had the veggie burger and it was delicious! The owners were very welcoming and they prepared the food quickly. I will definitely visit again. Here’s a tip for newcomers: the café is located next to Caffe Italia – they don’t have a sign up but their name is on their window. The parking can be accessed towards the back through an alley way that is right next to VeganAroma.

I had their Hawaiian Pizza and it was full of flavor and scrumptious as can be! I always eat pineapple on my pizza, but I never thought of pairing it with guacamole! I’m a hard core guac fan so this raw pizza definitely blew me away :)

Found a hidden gem in the Gables. Deliciously delectable & super healthy fare. My husband & I started with very hearty soups. I had the chick peas & he had the minestrone. We then had the bruschetta appetizer followed by a Mediterranean pizza. And since we both have a sweet tooth, we capped it off with chocolate coconut macaroons & a chocolate cupcake. The frosting on the cupcake was amazing. The owner & chef were very friendly. The ambience is über cozy as if you’re having dinner at a friend’s house. Check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

Went to lunch with friends, all four of us ordered a different dish, all were fantastic! The kale quiche was excellent and don’t pass on the stuffed mushroom appetizer — delicious. The price was very reasonable and the service was wonderful. Grazie Mille!

My heart tells me to give it a 4, but my brain says a 3. This is one of the few times i am torn. i wish i could give a half star rating. A 3.5 would have been a perfect rating… i rounded up simply because this is a good place to get vegan food and these are a few and hard to find in miami. parking is in the back of the restaurant. be careful pulling in though because the entrance to the parking area is also the exit. i suggest taking a smaller car if you have the option. otherwise you will have a hard time with parking. The place is small and quaint. it says that it only seats 14. the music is cute and calming. the décor is simple and homey. there were two ladies working the place when we walked in. they greeted us and one of the ladies helped us pick out a table and gave us the menu. i think this was the owner. she was very nice. she took our drink order. we were happy with just tap water. the same lady that sat us, was also cooking and tending to the other customers in the place. she was a very busy lady, which meant that service was a little lacking for us. i can understand that they probably don’t want to hire more help since this is a small business so i wont fault them too much for that. the service is a little slower than i would like, but i am ok with it. she took our order: the vegan lasagna and the veggie burger. there is no kitchen in the back. the two ladies cook the food out in the counter/bar area which is pretty cool. you get to smell the food as it is being cooked which is such a pleasant tease. the food comes out after about 25 minutes. Disclaimer: I AMNOT A VEGAN. However, my burger was off the chain. Dat burger doe… mhhhhm. She tells me that it was specially made for me, which means that it may not be duplicated the next time i come and that breaks my heart. i want that burger every day. She says that they normally serve a different veggie burger, but they were out of that one, so they made me a special burger. it was served with tomatoes, onion and veganaise. it was not dry or bland. it was full of flavor. The vegan lasagna is raw. It is good, but nothing out of this world. we ordered a vegan brownie, a vegan carrot cupcake and their chocolatta smoothie. The brownie was good. It was warmed like we wanted. The cupcake was a frozen cupcake, but it was good. It was not dry, like i would have expected since it was in the cold. The chocolatta was had a lot of cacao powder. it was a thick shake. I just wish it was a little cooler. We drank some, and put it in the fridge at home. it will make a good midday snack.

Oh. My. God. How have I not tried this place before? This is a vegan slice of heaven. Many of the menu items are raw and most are GF. I have had raw vegan Italian before at Escopazzo, and this is just as good, if not better, and half the price! Because I was extra hungry, I ordered two entrees: the sweet potato ravioli and the Pisa pizza. Both were delicious but the ravioli by far was the highlight of my meal. I polished off my dining experience with a Christy’s raw cinnamon roll and a café late with almond milk and stevia crystals, both of which I recommend. I can’t wait to go back and try the other menu items! A couple tips for those planning to dine at Veganaroma: First, the place is a bit hard to find from the street. It is on the east side of Calle Ocho in a strip of storefronts between Galiano & Ponce de Leon. You can’t see the sign from the street but when you are walking tree you should find it with no problems. I found street parking on the street behind the strip of stores. Second, I recommend ordering a soup or appetizer in addition to your entrée. The entrees, while large, are not as hearty as those you would find in a non vegan restaurant. Third, bring some gym or breath mints for afterward– the food has a lot of garlic. Enjoy!

What a charming place! I invited a non-vegan friend to enjoy the experience since I got a Groupon deal for $ 40. We were delighted by the large array of options from the menu. Raw and cooked dishes. Sabina, the sweet Italian owner, took care of our orders and we were very please with everything we had. My friend started with a Ciocollatta smoothie(maybe not the right spelling, I’m afraid), that she really enjoyed it. Then we proceeded with an appetizer, consisting in a potato stuff with«picadillo», that comes with a small salad. It was very tasty, made with walnuts and other exquisite ingredients. As a main dish, I had the veggie stew with sweet potatoes, a bit spicy for my naïve palate, but full of flavors. My friend had the Veggie Curry and was also a hit. It was served on a bed of rice. I tried it and I really like it. We finished the experience(drum roll sound effect insert here) with an amazing vegan cheese cake. It was heaven on earth, to be precise. The portion was big enough for two, or maybe three. If you ask me, Vegan Aroma its the perfect vegan date place. The decorations and style are inviting and warm. Love the bohemian feel, overall. I must come here with my vegan tribe.

Different name, but I’d say the food and menu have actually improved. A few daily specials and soups are now available in addition to the regular menu items. Both the Ravioli and Lasagna are winners, the latter being the heftier portion. Cashew cheese is a staple, as is pesto. If raw is not your thing, try the curried veggies. Desserts are to die for, always. What I love most about this place is that Sabina uses only the best, all natural ingredients, no added sweeteners, and you always leave feeling satisfied but never heavy.
