I’ve been wanting eyelash extension for a while now but didn’t know who or where I should go. I looked around on Unilocal today and found a great deal at Glow Wellness Spa. This place is a hidden gem in Coral Springs. I originally came in for a mani/​pedi and was sold on the eyelashes because the girl at the front desk had amazing lashes, I complimented her and she explained they were extensions. They looked so natural!!! She referred me to Yen… Yen is the sweetest most gentle lady ever. She took her time with me, explained the process and was a total perfectionist when it comes to lashes. My experience was quite relaxing. I’m over the top excited I finally went through with getting lashes because she did such a great job. I’m definitely recommending her and coming back.

I will never go anywhere else, ever! I came in here about 3 months ago for a full set and a pedicure. Best experience I have had here in South Florida. Yen is amazing with my nails, I have never had my nails done so well and with such detail. Whether I walk in or make an appointment, I am immediately helped and my nails come out perfect every single time. They look so natural, and I have received so many compliments on them. I even waited 3 weeks between a fill and they still looked amazing and not a single nail had broken. You will be wasting your time if you go anywhere else. The salon is large, open, and very relaxing. Don’t forget the pedicure either, your feet will thank you!

I had a full set done by Yen and she did an amazing job. She is also very nice. Absolutely love my nails and will be back. My pedicure was also great.

I came into the spa today to get a pedicure and an acrylic fill. My pedicure experience was exactly what I needed! Ana, who did my pedicure was wonderful! Very thorough and took great care of me! I then had Yen do my acrylic fill. She was also very thorough and took excellent care of me! She shaped my nails & painted them perfectly! Both of the ladies were very sweet, as well as the rest of the spa. I’m so pleased with my experience here! I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone:)

Have been coming here for a few months and won’t go anywhere else. This is the first nail salon I’ve gone to where my nails never break off! Yen is terrific!
I’ve either made appointments or just walked in and never have to wait too long till my nails are done. Great place.

I had to give one star! I wish there was a way to give it negative stars. Went for a facial today. Been there once before. Then and this time I wanted the Organic Facial. I chose this location initially because they use the Eminence line. Which is FANTASTIC! The first facial a couple of months ago I had was decent. I have had better. But still did the job. Let me preface this with unless I am in danger or someone else is I don’t make a scene. The one I had today was downright awful. No prep for me at the client. No review of the skin with the mag light. She took forever getting product. I know for a fact she didn’t use any eminence products. I can name each one by the smell. I have worked in the industry for 20 years. I kept asking her (which normally I am out cold during a facial) which one are you using I can’t smell it. She kept saying eminence. She literally used a total of 4 products on me. Never once uses the mag light. Never once did extractions which I clearly stated I needed. And then at the end of the facial while still working on my face kept promoting all of the other service the place offered. I was barely acknowledging but she kept going. What a disappointment! I reluctantly paid and left. Never going back there again! Now when I got in my car to leave I saw a big sign saying under new management — steer clear! Not a good place to go!

My wife is writing this entry: I went to Patti for a full head of highlights. The outcome was uneven, bleached spots throughout, and exposed roots (she didn’t go close enough to the scalp like you are supposed to). I went back for her to correct the exposed roots so it doesn’t look like I haven’t done my hair in months. She then painted the bleach on my scalp and the result from that was spots around the frame of my face. I had to go to another company (the «W» on Wiles & University) to correct. I called Patti so that I could get some of my money back… not all, but some since I had to get it fixed, she then proceeded to tell me that she won’t give me anything back because nothing was wrong with my hair! I will never go back to her, nor will I go back to the spa she works at.

The deep tissue massage with Lorrel was honestly the best one I have ever had. My husband had a 90 min hot stone massage that was ok.
HOWEVER, my husband booked this massage as a valentines gift for me and he was not told upon booking that they accepted no credit card gratuities, even though they knew it was our first time EVER coming here, we are local and his massage was a gift certificate referral from a friend of ours who paid full price (NOT a groupon).
This policy put him (and I) in a VERY AWKWARD position AFTER long massages and now the therapists would not receive a tip??? I had to go explain to the therapists I would bring back tips after the weekend. This causes me now to have to go out of my way the following week. The reception person even called the manager and they offered no exception and told him there was an ATM down the road. VERY POOR SERVICE. I will not be returning. When calling to confirm times they were open so i could bring back the tip $ and discuss with the manager, again nothing offered for the inconvenience, not even a $ 5 certificate off a next service if I were to return again, not even after I gave her great feedback on their new therapist Lorrel and what a great job she did. Very disappointing, I will spend my spa $ elsewhere. She said she could have the owner call me… why do I want to spend even more time out of my day on a place I have already decided I will not frequent again? Missed Opportunity for them.

I came here for a massage I purchased from Groupon and I was NOT disappointed. Rachel did my massage and she was fantastic. It was one of the best massages I have ever received and I used to be a spa manager at a salon and wellness spa. I had the option to purchase a second spa in the form of a gift certificate for the Groupon price and I did. I completely forgot about it and found it half a year or so later and was pleased to know that gift certificates do not expire and it was still valid! My second massage was just as good as my first and the staff is always professional, nice and friendly.
The second time I went, I saw heated eyelash curlers and was interested because I have stick straight lashes but they are long, they just won’t curl. I inquired about some information on the eyelash perming treatment and actually got mine permed about a few weeks later. I love them and couldn’t be more happy! The procedure was professional, smooth and they are still in tact! Only thing I have to say is that the other staff did not know much about the eyelash procedures and I could only talk to one lady about it but she was a little hard to get a hold of and only came in on certain days and times for appointments. Nevertheless, still ⁴⁄₅ stars because I have never been disappointed by their procedures.
I will definitely return.

I have been going to glow since it opened. Lily gives the best manicures and pedicures that I have ever had. The milk and lavender pedicure with paraffin treatment makes my feet feel so soft. The extra long foot massage that lily gives makes me so relaxed that I don’t want to leave even when I am done. I have to say that I look forward to going to Glow to see Lily every week. It is my little escape.

Must be a different spa you guys are talking about than the one my wife went to. My wife’s friend purchased her a $ 100 spa gift certificate and the masseuse gave her a feather massage barely brushing her fingertips on her body. The masseuse when my wife asked her to go deeper said «not for this price». Are you kidding me? It was a $ 100 massage. My wife even tipped the woman $ 20 because her girlfriend that bought the gift for her was there and she did not want to embarrass her. My wife went back on Monday to speak with the spa’s owner who was not in and 2 days later has not called her back.
I will never let my wife go there again nor will she ever want to. If you want to do anything nice for your wife or friends send them anywhere else but Glow Wellness.

I purchased a groupon for this spa and was treated like a 2^nd class citizen. Unless you are a regular here, don’t expect to get customer service like it should be. I purchased a shellac manicure, eyebrow wax and pedicure. (paid $ 46 for this groupon) I had shellac nails when I purchased this groupon but had them removed. I felt it was very damaging to my nails and I’m trying to get them healthy again. When I scheduled my appt I told the girl about the shellac and that I just wanted a regular manicure and perhaps a paraffin treatment on my feet instead. (looking the the prices it seemed to equal out) she said it shouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived the girl said she would have to check, then told me it would be fine for $ 10 more. I declined. I explained the situation to the girl that took me back and she told me it was a time issue. The paraffin takes more time. I told her that I understood and would not want to disrupt her schedule with her other clients, but thinking to myself that I shellac manicure takes longer than a regular manicure. Then I told her the girl at the front desk was willing to do it for $ 10 more. So it didn’t seem to be a time issue but a money issue. (do they think I’m new at this?) I thought that the concept of groupon is to introduce your business to new clients and keep them. TO HELP YOUR BUSINESS GROW!!! Clearly they were not interested in this. I will never return to your facility again and be sure to tell all my friends.

I love this spa… Best mani/pedi…new ownership is wonderful and welcoming and caters to your needs. Wonderful services. I use Lilly but all of the manicure/​pedicure professionals are wonderful. THey also offer facials, massages, etc. Sherry, the owner goes out of her way to make the place a «retreat» from the moment you walk in and she does a great job. Nor your ordinary mani/​pedi but a real pampering treatment! You’ll love it.
