Wonderful space and teachers. Juliana is extraordinary. I can only say that this is simply the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to.

Juliana is an amazing special teacher. Her healing yoga is the best class I’ve ever taken, I never miss it! Thank you for creating such a calming environment, you’re our gift Juliana;)

I have always wanted to try Yoga and add it to my regular workout routine. I never had the courage to go into a class because I am not very flexible and I didn’t think I could stay focused and quiet for a whole hour lol! When I made my list for Unilocal 10 First to try before 2013 ended Yoga was at the top of my list of things to try.
My niece goes all the time so she suggested we go to her yoga studio because she swears by her teacher Juliana. That is how I ended up at Yoga 4 Life. We went to a Sunday slow flo class since I was a beginner and Juliana welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The studio was very clean and smelled of incense. I didn’t feel intimidated at all but I was glad to have my niece and sister with me since I had no clue what to do lol! They showed me where to set up my mat and where to get blocks (had no idea what they were for until that day). If I didn’t have their help the teacher was there walking around making sure everyone was set up and ready to start.
THE CLASS
Ok I like to think I am in pretty decent shape but this class kicked my butt! It started out slow and I was like ok I got this … wrong! If you think Yoga is a joke or that you won’t get a work out you couldn’t be more wrong! You might not be moving fast but let me tell you my arms and legs were shaking and trembling and I was sweating like I had just ran 25 miles! I loved how you had to focus on so many things like balance and position it really centers you. I got an amazing FULL BODY work out and I walked out fresh and ready for the day. I will say you do kind of get addicted to it pretty quick because it really challenges you and your body and you just want to keep going back to improve yourself and push your body further. I want to be able to do a head stand now! HAHA … I know I am weird!!! Yoga 4 Life was a great studio and the price was good too only $ 12 for the class.

You must try this Yoga studio if you are a serious student of the science. The classes are mixed levels with expert teachers, but always start off gently and focus on breathing techniques to warm the body up. Beginners are welcome also and are guided precisely in class. By the way, the studio has exchanged owners this year and has since made vast and noticeable improvements to the studio itself and the quality of the classes taught here.

pretty decent studio with nice instructors and good prices. small but gets the job done. one bathroom one shower. you sign your name in at the desk. lobby with clothes and products. heated room. great classes
