Michael Page Property Inspections was exactly what I was looking for in a home inspection. The inspector was thorough and pointed out several issues that to the layman would seem as not a big deal. But after explaining the problem with the house to me, I got a better understanding of the issue and the ramifications of not addressing them. Frauds! Do not use Michael Page Inspection Services. The inspector was rude, late, intrusive, and after waiting for their paperwork for 4 weeks — it had so many errors and inefficiencies — my insurance company would not accept their paperwork. Plus they overcharged me!
