Nope. Will not go back there. The girl I originally spoke and who I ordered my glasses with was very nice and helpful (I believe her name was Sabrina. The office manager was nice as well in the beginning). The problem lies in that it took me three weeks to get my glasses and it was a simple prescription and nothing too complex.
When I went in today to pick them up, the glasses did not feel right and I expressed my concern and the associate had a little bit of an attitude. They said to take the glasses home and see how they felt and if not to bring them back. The thing is I was visiting Coral Springs for about a month and that is why I took them there at the beginning of my stay in the event there was a problem. I was originally told it would take 5 – 7 days. Who would have thought it would take three weeks? I think the thing that bothered me the most was that they seemed to have a little bit of an attitude because I was annoyed it took so long to get my glasses back. Don’t mean to be rude, but Hey Sheraton Eye Care it is not my fault that it took you so long to have my glasses done. This place got good reviews on Google and maybe I am the one unlucky one here, but I will not be returning. I would however like to say that the original associate that helped me (Sabrina?) was very nice and helpful.
Oh, and my transitions are hardly transitions because they only get slightly tinted in the sun.

Your location in Pembroke Pines where I went to pick my glasses up, I will say the girls were very nice over there. But my encounter with Stephanie was not a pleasant one. I have been reviewing on Unilocal for a while and as you can see by my posts, I tell it like it is. I give ALOT of positive reviews. If you are good and I get good service, I give you the props you deserve, but if not I will be the first to say it.
