Like so many other airlines at Pittsburgh International Airport, Continental Airlines is now contracting its service out to smaller airlines. Colgan Air is one such subsidiary airline. My husband and I went to Ireland for our vacation this summer. We flew on Continental Airlines to Shannon. Colgan Air operated the Pittsburgh-​Newark segment.
About the best I can say is that Colgan Air delivered us to and from Newark safely and on time. Most air travel these days is «eh» at best and Colgan is certainly no exception.
