Great hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. The room was huge and very clean. Shower had great water pressure and stayed hot thru all five showers. Loved that the sink area was separate from bathroom. Appreciated the staff they were all friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and spacious. The water temp of hot tub was about the same as the pool. But we didnt mind. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Location was great for getting on and off highway and heading into Memphis. Would stay here again.

Quality is a word that I would never use to describe this hotel. I would love to give it zero stars. To start off we waited server all minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. The lighting was bad and it was dirty so it had an ominous feel to it. There was also loud music that made it extremely hard to hear the mumbling worker. After struggling with the incompetent attendant, we finally checked in and got our room key. We got a cart for our luggage(the only one in sight) and it was broken so it didn’t roll properly and had no railed sides and no where to hang clothes so everything on hangers got wrinkled just going to the room. After making the walk down the halls with carpet straight out of the 1800s, we made it to our room which had a confusing key card slot. We opened the door to a plethora of sensory overload in very bad ways. One wall was burnt orange and the other was bright green(chroma key green). This was a suite and it was small and cramped. The bathroom was very small. The lighting in the room was bad as well. To top off the room’s grossness, it smelled as if multiple people has just peed all over the room. It was sickening! We immediately decided to go somewhere else for the night. We were back at the front desk and the incompetent person working was helping us check out. He asked if we hd paid cash or credit. We said cash. He types on his computer for a minute and says we are all set. He was shocked when we told him we needed our money back. The incompetent worker had forgotten that we had just checked in and were leaving. It was no more than 10 minutes since we had checked in and he had forgotten us. It was overall the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Please do yourself a favor and pick a different place to stay! The only reason I recommend this hotel to stay open is so they can have a place to film crime TV shows.

Let me start with this… this hotel isn’t the worse place I’ve ever stayed, but a combo of experiences made my stay awful. The outside was gorgeous, the lobby was clean… then it all went downhill from there. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of more staff. The WiFi only worked near the very front of the room, towards the hallway. The beds were uncomfortable. We could feel every single spring in the mattress. The sofa bed was even worse. There was absolutely no cushion left in that mattress. It should be replaced. The shower was clogged with something like dryer lint. After taking a shower, standing in our own dirty water, we called for help. We had to call the front desk 3 times on 2 separate days before someone came to unclog it. Which just so happened to be the front desk attendant himself, because he couldn’t find his maintenance guy. One of the guest rooms were constantly smoking marijuana on our floor. We couldn’t tell which room it was coming from, but it clouded the hallway and underneath our door and kept us up most of the night. The pool looked cloudy. The hot tub was fine though. I’ll give that 2 thumbs up. The AC unit would stop working midway through the night. We all woke up sweaty. The housekeeping staff NEVER came by to clean our room, then got an attitude when I asked them to empty the trash! One housekeeper came into our room while we were out on the day before we left and sprinkled carpet freshener on the floor, brought new towels, but didn’t take the old ones, then walked out. When I asked her to vacuum it up the powder, she got mad! We insisted she vacuum, because one of us has asthma. She finally did it, but made sure to roll her eyes while saying«is this good now?» We had breakfast on the last morning, but we were sitting there a little late. The staff started to clean up around us, which was okay, but they made sure to let us know they were visibly and audibly annoyed that we were still in there chatting and trying to finish up our meal. I asked for a late checkout, since my flight wasn’t leaving until late and I had nowhere else to go. I requested 2pm, but was told 1pm as the best they could do. Which was fine. But at 1:05pm, the front desk attendant BANGED on the door! It sounded like he was trying to break it down! I said through the door«who in the world is banging that hard?!» Well, instead of announcing himself, he just banged again harder! When I opened the door, he said«you were supposed to be out of here at 1pm!!!» I looked behind me at the luggage we had packed up and I said«we’re leaving now! why are you banging like that? you scared us!» He says«you scared me by being here! we need to clean this room!!!» And walked off. He could have just called or even knocked nicely. Trust me when I say this… we had ZERO plans to stay there any minute longer than we needed to! Being there for that many nights was long enough! A whole 5 days and 4 nights and NOONE came to clean our room once. Suddenly, there’s a big hurry to get in there and kick us out to finally do your job? I think not. WEWILLNOTBERETURNING. Ever.

This review is based solely on service. The hotel itself is decent — it’s a little older, but fairly clean. We stayed here for one night while on the road, so we were only looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel that was pet friendly. What impressed me was the response from the hotel staff when I left a necklace behind in the room after checking out. I called the front desk a couple of hours after we left to notify them that I was missing the necklace. They checked the room while I was on the line, found the necklace, and immediately took down all my information to mail the necklace to me. I even received a call from the manager the following day, confirming my information and asking if I needed it shipped overnight. I got the necklace in the mail almost immediately. I know many people who have had similar experiences at other hotels, and never got their possessions back. I was very pleased with how quickly the hotel staff responded to the situation, and how it was handled.

Desk attendant had no authority to adjust my rate, cancel room, or make necessary changes to my reservation. Contacted by text while I waited at least an hour in the lobby. Do not stay here!!! Loud music being plated at front desk. Unprofessional customer service.

Three night stay. Reasons to not like-1st in room coffee pot broken as well as replacement. Two nice flat screen TVs but cable not connected properly creating colorful snow. 1st coke machine broken, 2nd dispensed different product than advertised. Mold all over shower. Pool ladder had missing stair and bottom was filthy. Extremely dim lighting. AC in 1st room broken. Worked fine in 2nd room but had to change rooms. Telephone missing on living room desk. Definitely a place to avoid.

Ummm no! Older yes, but DEFINITELY not very clean. Lobby was not inviting at all(being remodeled?). Room was decent but not nearly as nice as another Quality Inn I stayed in in VA. I like a quiet stay, I did not get one here, even after asking to be moved to another room. On the other hand, the evening staff was accommodating and politely took care of my request to be moved to another room. After I moved I found that the heating unit, tv remote and clock didn’t work in the new room. I personally would not stay here again even though the rates were cheaper than most.
