The guy working try to scam my husband and I for $ 160. Said that they required a «one time down payment» for a new phone which is not true. I said never mind I would just call over the phone and get it for free. He then went in the back to make a «phone call» (fake) and then came back 3 seconds later to tell me it was going to be waived and gave me to them with no down payment. On top of that, the man who took the order in the first place, never sent in my husbands order, we never got calls for the phones when they were supposed to be in 3 – 5 business days. We never would have got a call if I did not call every other day. I will never go in there again, I will always call Verizon over the phone or go to the Tanasborne location.

Not a super stand out location as I love my store in Beaverton, however its clean, friendly staff and seems ok. The wait line for anything other than new phones is a bit ridiculous, other than that not bad.
