So so… don’t really have anything to compare it to. It’s not a private treatment, you sit where anyone can see you and hear about your treatment etc. They aren’t always open on time. Sales guy tries to upsale which of course is his job. Results are pretty good though. Not very personable.

Nope, no competition, just three clients who you should remember. One you might be 12 feet away, but in another room. Two you should not bring new clients in to stare are existing clients being treated. I only wanted to give you some pointers but instead of listening you just claim its not true and must be the guy next door. So in the case I would say stay away people

Bought a Groupon for one 20-​min session. Made an appointment with Keith. Went in and he refused my Groupon stating I was already a customer and the Groupon is for new customers only. I had only been there once and it was two years ago. I told him nowhere on his Groupon ad page did it state *new customers only*. He said it didn’t matter and refused the Groupon. Now, here’s the best part. He said he would however, sell me a 20-​min session for the same price as the Groupon but it would be directly through him. WHAT? What about the Groupon? He said to contact Groupon and get a refund. So, I’m not a rocket scientist folks but this has scam written all over it. Lure someone in with a Groupon, then refuse it, then try and directly sell them the exact same service bypassing the Groupon fees. Yes, I contacted Groupon and got my refund but not after I let them know about this company’s business practices.
I also agree with Laurie’s comment, snake oil salesman.

I like it because it was clean and private. Erica was great! I brought my daughter in and she made sure she was comfortable during my session. I got great results!
