I would encourage everyone considering Robin to look elsewhere. Robin is a seemingly unemployed female who lives in the Peninsula and contracts other women to do the cleaning. She’ll tell you how she ‘founded’ this business with a ‘5 year business plan’ and a bunch of other pointless presentation details… Everything was a misleading façade: from herself, her business, the women she hires, and the way they clean. The poor pitch you’ll get is one of being green(buzzword bandwagon) and extreme detail and care. Unless you want people in your home who you have never met and were never told would be there, don’t bother. She said she and only she would clean our house — not true, she doesn’t clean ever. Also, she will increase the price on you as time passes. Buyer beware! I dare say you’re better off with a franchisee. Stay away. Unreliable, dishonest, shows up unscheduled when a different dates is more convenient, misleading, and a security concern in my opinion. The above is my opinion based on the experience of hiring her company and after giving multiple chances to clean and rectify the situation.
