Probably going five stars because I am a Texan and do not get this kind of food. We had the fried whitefish. Very fresh, nice crunchy coating and knock your socks off tarter sauce and cole slaw. Served with batter dipped frys served golden brown.

I went there twice in one day. For lunch I had a cheeseburger and fires. It was great. The meat was well done and the bacon and cheese we done and melted. One of the better burgers I have had. The food was so good we went back for the fish fry. This time I tried the fried cod and seasoned fires and it was wonderful. No complaints.

I can’t rate this place based on my usual 2 tier rating system of «Food» and «Service». It is a staple every time I’m in Corny and I have always loved to go there. There are pool tables and other fun video games. They also have a jukebox. My family eats there at least one night each year when visiting.

Alright, any objective visitor probably wouldn’t give this 5 stars… probably a 3. It’s pretty typical for a northern rural Wisconsin country bar (not that you can find any cosmopolitan bars in northern Wisconsin).
But I’m so fond of this place. They have a Ms. Pac-​Man table game you play with a roller ball, they make pizza til the late night, and they serve cheap beer in cute little mugs. It’s the best bar in Corny.
