Incredibly long wait for fish and chips. The complete opposite to the one in Bensalem, I will never come back here.

Came in last week. Got a mushroom bacon burger and a sundae. Suffering from food poisoning ever since. Don’t recommend this place it’s nasty. The staff seems depressed too like they hate their job.

I chose this listing because it’s obviously the one a staff member made, so I hope the read this and make changes. I just had dinner here for the first time in years and I’ve amazed at how underwhelming it really is. First off, it took 20 minutes to order on a Wednesday. The mall was dead and there were only like 6 tables taken, so that’s weird. After ordering, we waited 35 minutes for two microwaved sandwiches and frozen, bagged fries. The sandwiches are literally 60% of the size of the ones they sell for cheaper at Red Robin. The grilled chicken I had wasn’t even seasoned. If it weren’t for the crusty spots from the dirty flat top, I would have bet it was microwaved. We sat next to the service walk through and we could see that the kitchen was dirty. There was food on the ground(understandable in a busy kitchen where spills happen) but the grill, friers and vent hatch were all caked in grease. I’m shocked that a chain restaurant, which you’d think I’d way more concerned with cleanliness than a small family place, doesn’t have a daily cleaning schedule with a weekly deep-clean regiment. So, for $ 23, we got two small sandwiches that tasted like air, fries(which I didn’t eat and thus won’t comment on) and two waters. It took over an hour on a night when the mall was dead and our waitress didn’t speak English very well. All fixable problems, but they get two stars until changes are made. I would strongly recommend the red robin across the street before I would recommend this. It’s a shame, too, because I understand friendlys was the cream of the crop back in the day.
