We’re buying a home and contracted A&S to inspect the pool the same day we had the home inspector come and had our Realtor on hand. Let me start by stating both Shane Norquist and Marcos Cisneros arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and got right to work.
They inspected every single aspect of our pool. From the pool equipment, to the coping, to the light fixtures, to systematically knocking on each tile around the entire pool to check for hollow areas, to pressure testing all the plumbing with high pressure equipment, to checking with leak detection hardware around the entire pool, to diving in with an oxygen feed while inspecting every inch of the bottom by hand up close, and much much more…
Their testing left nothing to the imagination. They are by no means cheap. But quite frankly I’m pretty sure it’s because they know they’re that good. And they are «that good». The guys have been in the business a long time and know what they’re talking about.
A&S had a long list of recommendations. However they understood from a priority standpoint what was important to me as a home buyer and how to convey what my realtor needed to know from a negotiation standpoint on the home. Incredibly satisfied with the peace of mind I now have in knowing our pool was thoroughly inspected prior to sealing the deal on this home and will be coming back soon!

Last summer theses guys installed all new pool equipment for us. They were very efficient and professional. At the end of the job they went over the use of all the equipment and stated that they would be «more than happy» to answer any questions or help in any way. Since then, we have had a few issues arise, not pertaining to their work, but other issues with our pool. They have stayed true to their word including additional trips to our house. They return phone calls, which is more than I can say for most businesses these days, and take care of issues in a timely manner. Not to mention they have very fair and competitive pricing. If you’re looking for the cheapest job then these are not your guys. However if you want the job done right and you want someone you can trust, then A&S AQUATIC SOLUTIONS INC. Is the business for you. We are having our pool completely remodeled July 8 and will continue to use there services in the future.
