Baker’s Drive Thru

Not sure why Bakers doesn’t have better reviews. Bakers is like Del Taco on steroids. It’s not quite as good as Del Taco Barstow but it’s close. Besides their burritos and tacos being awesome, they have the best hot sauce too.

Past by the drive thru at lunch hour 11:30Am. Ordered our food and Barb at drive thru took our. We asked for no sauce on one burger. We said plain she immediately said that’s NOT called plain! Okay well she did understand what we were referring to. There was no need to call us out like that. I would say that was rude customer service! We pulled Up to the window there was No cars in front or back of us till 3mins later a car pulled Up behind Us. Let me say we waited in drive thru for more than 6min till we got our food then she hands us our food and drinks Last! She did Not ask if we need any condiments, she handed us our food have a good day and closed the window. Well we did want ketchup for our fries but after that we just drove away. Got home and they still put sauce on the burger we asked No sauce on. Let me say there Lettuce was OLD fries were cold. That was not no 100% baby cravings it was Gross! Bread was not expected like bakers should be. Never again! They did loose customers for Good. We’d rather drive 10miles for Better customer service and Great Fresh hot food in Riverside by Tyler.

This baker’s sucks big time, the drive through worker was very rude. the fries was cold and combo burrito was nasty as he’ll. don’t waste your money on this place.

I used to work at a Bakers Burgers and this bakers definitely does not meet the standards. Customer service is crap, it feels like they are doing me a favor just by taking my order. So much that I forget what I’m ordering. I also ordered 3 burritos and 2 tacos… I got 4 hot sauces.
I always order a papa #4 with barbacoa and the tortilla always rips apart and the meat is always clumped together. Don’t get the guacamole either. Actually do yourself a favor and go to the bakers off Tyler by the mall. It’s newer so the service is great and food is even better.
Only reason for 2 stars is the burgers are always good.

Customer service was garbage, luckily their food isn’t or i’d never come back here. One of the few places that offers a veggie burger in my local area. Not to mention they have that young spicy ketchup that literally cannot be found anywhere else. Oh, I recently discovered that they offer a variety of add-​ons to your burger! Sadly, pickles are not one if them. You can powersive fries and drinks. One of the best things they have is powerade! I hate soda and love that this is an option. Anyway, ill be back for my veggie burger, spicy ketchup, and powerade!

Food is great, the older lady that works the drive thru at night is rude but recently looks like they got new workers.

No vegetarian menu at this location… Totally irresponsible to not have a meat alternative on the menu while California is in the worst drought in history and it takes 1600 gallons of water to produce 1 pound of beef. Also they forgot guac on my burrito and took 12 minutes at the drive thru. 0 stars if possible.

Been going to this place since I was a child. The prices have gone up and staff is more rude especially at the drive thru. The wait time for a two bean and cheese burrito combo is about a half hour that with fries and a tea at the drive thru! Ridiculous! Prices are high and food has really gotten worse since I remember. I only go here when I’m desperate for food and it’s so close to my house. The staff could be a little more friendly and quicker in the kitchen.

Every time I come to this location the employees look and act like a bunch of zombies. Never say thank you, never say please. Never smile, always take entirely too long to get the order out. I worked for in and out for eight years and seeing the type of service this location offers is embarrassing.

I will never eat at this place look what I read as I pulled up into the drive thru window. Plus I think the attendant lied to me I asked her if she could throw away my water bottle and she said no that she can’t accept anything from customers because it’s law. You kidding me?

No vegetarian menu! Still veggie options, but I’m missing those veggie chilli cheese fries:(

Great place for a quick meal. I prefer this place instead of McD’s, In/​out, and Carls JR.
The food is fresh, fast, and cheap. Never had a problem. The staff seem nice to me. I usually ask for a recommendation for a meal. Plus the manager helped out by suggesting better deals for a cheaper meal. This is a fast food place. It is what it is. Clean, nothing fancy here.

Good food really nice people except the lady that works the drive through at night she hates her life. Bomb burger though you gotta try the strawberry lemonade.

I love Bakers! But this is the worst Bakers out of them all. Workers are rude and could care less about Hello’s and Thank You’s and they tend to burn the food.
If you’re really craving Bakers I recommend driving a few more stops down the freeway to visit their other location. I believe it’s on Adam’s Ave.

The tan slightly chubby guy with a mustache in the front needs a promotion now!!! I had just got back from afghanistan (army) and I was eating here with my wife, dad, and dad’s family. This guy was so friendly and accomidating. He portioned the food perfectly for the kids. He cleaned up a spill that my step brother had accidently done, with no problem. He was happy to work there. He actually made me happy. I tried to call corporate to tell them they need to promote this kid, but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Just think, this happened a while ago, and I still haven’t forgetten my great experience at baker’s. Awesome, just plain awesome.

This is a great place for a quick bite. If you’re tired of the same ol food, give bakers a try! It is a great combo of mexican and american. Their fries are addictive! Beware once you have one you want the ½LB size! The oreo shake is awesome and I always get the monterey chicken sandwich and my fiancé is in love with the tacos with sour cream. If you’ve never been than you should head down there the next time you’re in the mood for some good fast food.

We come here all the time great selection and food for a very inexpensive price.
The place is always clean and the people that work at this location are very friendly.
It’s at a good location easy to get in and out. The quick when you go through the drive-​through. I’ll be back again I’m sure.

HANDS DOWN WORST ONE EVER!!! This place consistently gets my order wrong and the drive thru people are always rude. I’ve been ordering the same meal since 2001 I LOVE Bakers! The one off McKinley back talks, is disrespectful to their drive thru customers. I’m consistently spoken to rudely, told how to order my food because they way I’m doing it wrong. ONLY AT THIS LOCATION, do I ever have problems. Even disrespectful handing me 4 of each hot sauce!!! Don’t tell me how I like me food! I’m disappointed Bakers…

Pretty good for a little burger joint. Prices are good, they have great pricing on the specials.
The food is as good as you would expect for this type of place, I would compare it with Dennys food.
They have a very good select of foods, they have mexican dishes and some asian style bowls, as well as the typical burger joint stuff.
