I still remember stopping by CC Paintball on my way to Tombstone & SC, back in the late 90’s. It’s now the 2nd decade of a new century, millennium even, and their stores are still standing strong. That alone says it all about CC Paintball in Corona.

Horrible customer service. No communication at all. First time I ordered smoke grenades they came in three days late and only gave me a $ 2 discount. Second time ordering smoke grenades they sold them to someone without calling and letting me know. I will take my business to the norco store. Hopefully better customer service there.

Businesses that care about their customers first are so rare to find these days. Dropped in today to check out their Black Friday specials. Even though Lori and Will are swamped, they took the time out to answer all my newbie questions. Whether it led to sales or not. I actually feel kind of bad for the time I took up, even though they probably didn’t make much off me today.
You can the impression immediately that the staff really have passion for the sport. Even though CC is a bit out of the way for me, I think it’ll be my local shop from now on. When I’m in the market for a new marker, CC definitely will have my patronage.

Cc paintball is by far the greatest shop in the history of the sport. Same faces day in and day out. Extremely friendly and complete personalized service. They remember your name every time you walk in the door and do everything in their power to make paintball affordable and get you anything you could ever want. Big shout out to Keith from the norco location not only is he an amazing polite courteous guy but very knowledgeable and professional. Put it this way if they started taking investors I’d go all in with everything I have.

Great shop. We are new and really trying to get into things. I had an electric gun that I bought used. There were a few issues that they squared away at a very reasonable price. They were honest and helpful all the way — they even let me know they wouldn’t deal with the board because of too many issues, but they got it working. Mike spent time with us explaining the gun. Very reasonable — very helpful. No attitudes just great and friendly service at very reasonable prices. I got a lot of great information and Lori spent time with me and the son explaining things from fields to guns. Highly recommend!

CC Paintball is the best paintball shop period!!!
Just got off the phone with «Will» at CC paintball shop (Corona) and he not only answered all my questions about Paint selection breakdown Premium & Standard (Accuracy topic) & my marker (Barrel) he was very detailed and very helpful made it feel like no question was a dumb question, I really learned a hole freaking lot from the quality time he spent on the phone with me with out cutting me off… Thank you! Will… That was Awesome!!! customer service man!
You can tell he has a lot of equipment experience on all topics, He’s got more than15yrs in the paintball game!
So if you looking for Quality merchandise or customer service, this is the spot!!! i have also stopped at their Norco location and they are very nice their also… I would say stop at this one first off the 91fwy, Very convenient location before SC village…
You wont regret it.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago because it was on my way to work. I have to say the customer service was awesome! The guys here are really helpful and very knowledgeable. I haven’t played in years and needed to get my marker serviced and tanks hydro tested. Bill is the person who worked on my Autococker and he did in awesome job! My tanks had a week turn around for hydro but glad both passed. The day I went in to pick everything up after being serviced I found out my tank regulator needed to be rebuilt because it leaked. The guys here did the tank reg rebuild on the spot for a fair price. I will definitely be back!

Id like to give this place a 4 star based off of other employees/​prices/​selection/​knowlegde but it received a 2 star because of the employees on Sunday who don’t know tech and even basic store prices.
So, I bought the Unilocal deal for CC and nowhere in the info states I need to spend the full amount in one visit and it also says that the promotion value is good for a year from date of purchase. Then of which, it is good for the value it was bought at less any purchases already made.
I went in to buy a case of paint and a few little items but it did not add up to $ 100 so the (Sunday) employee would not let me use my Unilocal deal until I reached or exceeded the $ 100 mark. He was very rude both times my friends and I have been in (both times on Sunday)
I suggest going here when the techs are working and avoid going Sunday and any other day that guy works.

Great place to get painballs and extra gears before heading to SC Village. They have $ 100 for $ 75 giftcard when purchased on Unilocal,good deal of savings when you need a lot of stuff of SC Village. Great helpful staff that’s honest and knowledgeable.

Most helpful people ever! I know close to nothing about paintball guns, so when I came here they really took care of everything. I had a super old EM1 that was leaking air from the regulator for reasons beyond me. So I brought here and they were able to fix it and get it to work like new again. I had my compressed air tank filled up here before, worked fine, and had it filled again the next day, there was some kind of leak. I brought it in and they were able to fix my tank and fill for free. They’re so awesome and helpful!
