Charlotte Russe

Thank you Chrysette and Jackie for making my experience there fun and exciting. I love the outfit that was picked out for my date. The girls definitely know customer service… unlike the customer service at Windsor. I will be back again for the Happy Hour– that was some awesome savings.

I love the Charlotte Russe chain in general but after frequenting this location so often, I found this to be my favorite because of the service. It is always a clean and tidy place and the store associates make sure you find what you need before you leave!

I am a plus sized girl who doesn’t fit into clothes here, but that is okay. I realize different stores have different markets and I am okay with that. I went here to purchase gift cards for family members. I just wanted to write a review on how the customer service here is superb. Earlier in the day I had a bad experience at a store in Dos Lagos. I felt very discriminated against due to my size and looks. I am a very plain person. When I walked into Charlotte Russe after my bad experience I was happily shocked. So many smiling faces ready to help me. The girl who was my cashier was awesome. Smiling and helpful. It felt so good to get great customer service, just after I had a bad egg at the store before me. Thank you Charlotte Russe for being kind and non discriminative. It doesn’t matter what a customer may look like, they are still always a customer even if they just buy gift cards. :)

Loved this store! The staff are very polite n helpful and the store is clean and organized. I’ll come back. I spent over $ 450 there Bc I loved the service.

This is a pretty average clothes store. Nothing really grabbed my attention when I came here. But the workers here were very nice despite the many people that were here because of the holidays.
