Can I give this business less than one star? I contacted the owner of this sole proprietorship to design a logo for my international media consulting business. The owner refused to do business with me because of my sexual orientation. (Which obviously had nothing to do with the job).
Yes I knew the owner previously and figured I’d help him out by giving him some business since he’s starting out. I don’t know how people turn down business in this economy. I guess dollars from gay people are dirty ones, and perhaps not worth as much as straight dollars. He said his potential Christian clients might not like to know he’s done a job for another client that just so happens to be gay. Yeah right. What if those Christian clients are gay? Is he going to survey everyone?
Just as there’s a separation between church and state, there should be one between business and someone’s private life.
Don’t do business with this guy. His views are antiquated. And he’s not a very smart businessman.
