This was a horrible experience. Took my family here today because my kids keep seeing the commercials and wanted to try their new stuffed crusts pizza. The place was filthy dirty, stood by the door for 5mins before anyone even came out to the front. On the buffet line they had about 4 different types of pizza which were cheese, veggie, a Flatbread and some garlic bread. There was 2 burnt cinnamon rolls left. A salad bar that was huge chunky pieces of broccoli and a bin full of baby carrots with dressing bottles that were quite crusty. Pasta looked nasty and I didn’t even go near it because of how dirty the section looked. My son told me the bathrooms wreaked of urine and we’re nasty. We had higher hopes of at least a decent buffet but we’re greatly disappointed and I will never bring my family back to this establishment. I can get a better pizza buffet at Shakeys.

My kids wanted to try it so we did… I won’t be back. This place is gross. The floor was so dirty even though the employees didn’t look busy at all. They had 3 or 4 choices of pizza and no wings. I didn’t want to risk the salad bar.

I decided to take my kids for a fun day out. We watched many TV commercials about this place and we thought it would be good. BIG MISTAKE! The place was dirty, nobody would clean the tables, and almost all the plates were chipped. The salad bar was really basic, the dressing bottles were really gross looking so we decided to skip it… They only had 3 types of pizza, which makes it a VERY SAD buffet…
Unfortunately, it was nothing like we thought it would be. We won’t be coming back here again!

6:15pm with 4 tables in the place not very busy no one in line and they were out of all Pizza but one thick crust cheese. No cinnamon rolls. waited 5 minutes for them to put one pizza out and then another every five minutes if we’re lucky was there a half an hour before cinnamon rolls came out busgirl was a hard worker. manager is obviously a boob.

I have been to CiCi’s all over the country in the many states we have lived in and the food has always been decent for the money. This one was terrible. We got here at 5:30pm so by no means outside of regular dinner hours. They were not very busy at all and over half of the tables were not bussed and no one was out bussing them. They were full of stacks of plates and cups. The prep station where they build the pizzas looked like it has exploded with pizza topping and no one was attempting the clean it. My assumptions is that it had probably not cleaned it all day. I hope that they at least clean it every night. Please do not come to this location.

Buffet at an affordable price. The soup, salad and breadsticks are good. You can order pizza that you crave for. I love their BBQ pizza and jalapeño pepperoni pizza.

For $ 5 the pizza wont let you down, the people working here are AWESOME!!! So friendly and helpful, for most of the part its clean the only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because its always busy and dont stock up enough the times I have been here, if they know they get busy they should schedule more people so the pizza can be fully stocked at all times! But definetly worth the wait!

This place was just OK. The prices are reasonable. It was my groups first time eating here and we drove a long way because I kept hearing the pizza was really good. The variety in pizza is nice although the salad at the salad bar is prepacked lettuce that taste refrigerated is a let down for salad lovers like me. My group had to wait a little before any pizza was layed out onto the buffet, although it was dinner time. I noticed the majority of customers continue to go up to the buffet with the same plate, the sign clearly states to pick up a clean plate with every visit made to the buffet. The table we sat at was lopsided which is a big issue for me when I eat out. The environment is really loud and a little messy along with kids running everywhere. It was not worth the long drive in traffic.

My first visit to Cici’s Pizza was a huge let down & I was very disappointed! Still can’t believe people eat there, especially bringing their kids there! The day I visited wasn’t busy & there was only one guy behind the counter. I’ve seen all of the 4 & 5-​star ratings which seems like bullshit to me, but to each their own! Guess these people must like eating out of garbage cans because that’s the rating I give the food at Cici’s!
Sadly I will not be returning back to this establishment that claims their food is fresh which is not by any means, talk about false advertisment & those commercials we see all the time are a load of crap too! Afterwards I got sick as I drove back to Orange County saddened by my experience! You know, when I drove from Orange County to Corona, I had high expectations for Cici’s, instead I wasted my gas & time! (*sigh*)
The price I paid for this bullshit wasn’t worth it. The bill for two people was $ 18 & some change which I should of went to the Souplantation not far from me because that’s more worth it & you don’t have to buy extra shit! But if you want chicken wings, prepare to pay extra which is bullshit! Here’s what I experienced the day I visited…
Before you jump into the horror show called Cici’s Pizza buffet, watch out for dirty plates & silverware! Skip the salad bar cause it’s not fresh at all! The mixed geens was wilted, soft & rubbery, the lettuce mix next to it was pale & dry plus the tops on the bottles of dressing are not cleaned, just caked & crusty! So I walked past the over cooked pasta which next to it. the sauce was extra watery! I decided maybe the pizza would change my feelings & be like the commercials had advertised! Boy was I severely wrong! Half the pizza’s on Cici’s website wasn’t there for starters, instead, you get dry, oily, overcooked frozen pizza! Yes it’s frozen so don’t believe for a second it’s fresh, Cici’s full of shit! Again, false advertisement! Dominos, CPK, Papa Johns, & other pizza joints serve fresh pizza! Here you don’t see nobody spinning fresh dough & throwing on fresh toppings! No that’s too much work for them! They didn’t even have the stuff crust pizza! The desert part was disappointing as well! Seems they are too lazy to make real deserts instead using pizza dough for pies even for the cinnamon rolls! The brownie wasn’t cooked thoroughly, very soggy & squishy, the cinnamon rolls was crunchy & bland & the cheese danish pizza thing with the wannabe apple pie pizza is beyond dangerous!
So there you go, that’s how it went on my first visit which again is my last! I give props to those who give the right low ratings for this place, least they know how disgusting this place is!

Pizza and salad bar is amazing, but I haven’t tried their desert and pasta yet… I love coming here because you can’t get ALL you can eat pizza for less than $ 7!

Salad bar is alright, from what I’ve seen they don’t have Caesar dressing, FAIL. The place was bombarded with rugrats, weird forms of life, and super filthy tables. I accidentally dropped a piece of broccoli walking down the line, and the gal working looked so unpleasent to have to clean it up. Their bathrooms smelt of urine, so hold it till you get elsewhere. Their pizza and desserts are so nasty, don’t waste your money at all.

Took my 9 year old daughter and her friends to have some lunch before we see a movie. All I can say is for the value you just can’t go wrong.
The staff are super friendly, thank you Taylor for being so nice! The choices are basic but that works when you have picky kids. I had their chicken macaroni soup and it tastes like my moms chicken soup, I also tried their barbecue flat pizza and that tastes really good.
All you can eat with some arcade sounds great to me!

The staff is super friendly and for the prize it’s a great deal if you’re really hungry and want to hang out with friends!
On busy nights the employees are on it, cleaning everything, smiling, the works but on not so busy days they can take a little longer to clear the tables which makes the place look a little messy.
The only criticisms is: don’t let dirty plates and napkins make your place look bad!
Other than that, good pizza awesome desserts and good ambiance. :)

Came with high expectations after viewing commercials. When I arrived it was nothing like the commercial place was dirty, rug rats running all over the place. Nowhere to sit because table were not picked up. Mediocre pizza at best not much of a selection. Then again you get what you pay for.

Amazing macaroni and cheese pizza! It’s some of my favorite pizza, and literally the only reason I go here. I would honestly go here and get a whole Mac and cheese pizza to go. I had 2 pieces when I first arrived, then they ran out. My girlfriend asked them if they could make more for me and they had another one out in less than 10 minutes. I got 2 more fresh pieces and it was AMAZING, especially since it was hot out of the oven. My girlfriend didn’t think their food was that bad but said she probably wouldn’t go back personally. She’s cray I’ll go get a Mac and cheese pizza to go and eat it all myself then.
They need to make the buffet $ 5 all the time though, not just during promotional times. Maybe I’m just really cheap though. ⁴⁄₅ stars because I want it to be $ 5.

All you can eat pizza, pasta, salad and desserts for $ 5, more than A-​ok.
Flavor, atmosphere, décor and ambiance non existent.
A bit lackluster inside, though the manager was very upbeat and kept bringing out fresh food every few minutes.
The salad very fresh, dressings lacking.
Pasta, just pass on that, believe me.
PIzzas are a hit or miss, some better than others, they have a great variety of not only toppings but also vary from thin to thick crust, they try and I appreciate that.
Desserts, again not stellar, but I do appreciate something sweet after my meal, so nice touch.
Would I come back? Not willingly, but my son suggested we come here, had a blast and I’m sure he’ll talk me into coming back again sometime.
