Decoland Landscape & Construction Design

I hired deco land to do my backyard on my brand new house. They installed pavers, created a water feature as well as fire pit and a built in bbq. We were so pleased with their work that a year later when I wanted to add on a walkway to the front entrance of my home, I called them again. Sean, the owner, was always very hands on and would come almost everyday to check on the progress of the work. I really liked that, as some places use workers and then never come to check up on them. They also finished both projections in a timely manner and never went over budget. We got many bids before making a final decision and decoland was cheaper than most. If you are looking to do your backyard and want a reliable affordable place, I highly recommend Decoland!

Decoland is the primary landscape and construction company in my community, and for good reason. Sean and his team do very high quality work. He presented professional blueprints that were up to our HOA standards, kept us informed throughout the whole design and build process, and had really creative suggestions about the direction for our backyard.
Sean actually took the time to drive us around Orange County to show us examples of his work, all of which was very impressive. He accompanied us to the nursery for guidance on the best plants to complement our theme. He is also super friendly and easy going. I highly recommend Decoland for any design, landscaping or construction job.

Landscaping-​wise, I think I may give 3.5 stars given that you can supervise the process and point out the issues right away. But NEVER trust them for garage flooring. I was asked the same price as what builder originally charge us but the owner Sean offered a discount of $ 200 since I also did landscaping with them. It was a terrible decision I had made and regret badly now. I don’t think they know how to do garage flooring at all. Comparing with what my friend got from the builder, mine is like kid’s painting with random patterns — particles not evenly distributed at all, let alone the fact that it is getting dirty very easily. What’s funny though is Sean said it was ONLY for decoration purpose without practical meaning. But what I learned from builder, friends or internet about garage flooring is that it can also protect your garage floor from be easily contaminated by oil, tire tracks etc.
