Both my kids went here. The pricing was ok and value was slightly above average. Now both my children go to the local elementary school where these folks send a bus and driver daily. The driver parks in the handicapped parking everyday. I have seen special needs kids have to sit in the heat waiting for their parents to get to them because if this. I have called the faculty and the corporate office to no avail. It is beyond offensive that this lazy woman driving this bus parks where she blocks people and their kids for conducting safe pick up. I saw a woman today who needed handicapped parking have to drive across the street and since her child regularly waits curbside, this poor woman had to unload everything to get herself wheeled across the street. Next time I am calling the police to cute her. Outrageous.

My daughter has been enrolled since she was 8 months old. She is almost 2 now. She started in the infant class and is now in the toddler class. I can’t say enough about how fantastic our experience has been since day 1. Our daughter has learned so much, is very social with other kids, and loves going to «school» each day. It’s a blessing to know she is in good hands while I’m stuck at work each day. Extra props to Miss Christine in the infant class. She is wonderful and made the decision to drop my baby off each day so much easier.

Stopped by to sign up my little one. Blonde hair lady at front desk started helping a lady that walked in right before me, providing her information about pricing, and took her on a tour. The lady did not greet me at all, tell me she would be with me shortly, or anything — she probably could have combined showing us both around at the same time. So I sat down with my baby girl and just waited for my turn. After 25 min of sitting there waiting and witnessing 14 parents come and go into the facility to pick up their children I finally was done waiting to be helped. Even 2 mothers picking up their children asked me if I had been helped and went to the back to find someone to help me– despite their efforts the lady never came back. If this level of service, or lack thereof, is any indication about the service that would be provided to my baby, no thanks. I will find a facility that has better customer service and is more attentive — especially to a potential customer.
