Another dope spot for Dominican food. Food is cheaper and super good. A little greasy but it’s all good. Then don’t accept card but do have a ATM inside so don’t worry.

Worked in flushing and they would deliver to the office. I’m no longer in the area but I still order and pick up when I can. Great hearty food, always pleasant while taking orders and mostly accurate. Fried cheese is amazing and chicharrones. Highly recommend. Have only placed orders though, can’t comment on the dine in experience. Don’t want them to have to watch me pig out!

Best Dominican food in Corona with the best prices! I can have my mofongo any way I like and the ceviche is a must! There hasn’t been anything that I have ordered and have been disappointed!

The place lacks atmosphere. But for amazing food I would happily dine in a cardboard box. However here my dining experience was definitely sub par. Mangu was mediocre and the oxtail was all fat and little meat. Even the marinated onions had a putrid taste to them There is MUCH better(and cheaper) Dominican food in the neighborhood. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

This place has the best Dominican food in Corona. The breakfast of mangu with a little onions, salami, eggs, and cheese is to die for and at a very good price $ 5.00. This place is a bit small to eat in if your coming with 4 or more people. I suggest ordering to go or delivery that way your not cramped. This place reminds me of good old Spanish cooking and if your looking for a home cooked meal this is the place to come to.

Place isn’t super classy or Super nice But the breakfast Mangu is on point!!! If you order early enough its like 4 – 6 Bucks depending on what you want on it. Definitely worth the price!!! Keep in mind Ive only ordered the breakfast like a million times nothing else. Delivery is super fast and they go pretty far! The Mofongo and Mangu really hit the spot!

Whenever I’m in Corona and craving a picadera Los mismos amigos is my go to. Affordable with quick and friendly service. Their salads and sandwiches are also pretty good. However, not my go to for rabo or the heavier stuff. Still, when I the craving strikes, definitely who I call! Doesn’t matter how long it’s been they remember me, my order and are super friendly and accommodating!

I love me some authentic Dominican food and this place has it. Okay it’s not the best eatin experience but when your hungry they are the best, everything on the steam table looks fresh and its always turning And they have fast service for the most part. Its always my go to when I’m in the area of corona.

Boyfriend and i order some food for take out that night, i order fried tilapia fillet, boyfriend got some grilled chicken breast. They were quite busy with the delivery. i saw delivery guys run out with lots of huge bag of food. We waited about 15 mins for my fish and paid 28 bucks for the meal. When i got home, i found out that my fish that suppose to be fillet was a whole fish that totally burned. It look like somebody forgot our fish in the deep fryer .The grilled chicken was kinda ok until we found one hair in it Totally disappointed

Meh. I’ve experienced better… Indeed I have. The set up and location of the restaurant is nothing to boast about. The space is small and casual while the neighborhood is bustling at all times of the day. The prices aren’t bad but there has been better food for the same pricing. Someone had recommended this place but the steak with pepper and onion had pieces that were soft and some other pieces were tough. The pernil was a bit on the dry side and nothing that melts in my mouth. Their salad is sprinkled with a white vinegar dressing that is less than impressive. The shredded lettuce makes it better to eat but some avocado would enhance the salad a little. This wouldn’t be the first place I would run to when I’m craving some comfort food.

So we came here after a Mets game that went 14 not-so-glorious innings ending in a glorious victory. It happened to be 1am. And this place was still open on a Wednesday after my usual mainstays(La Brisa and La Cabana) were closed. It’s not the restaurants fault, but it’s about a block away from 103rd, away from all the other businesses, so on a dirty block full on construction and funky houses it looks a little dirty itself. It has the usual Dominican setup with the hot case showcasing the roasted and fried goodies in the window. The food itself was good, the rice a little dry and chicken fried very crispy… so much so that it got a little tough as it cooled. Still enjoyable, but not 4 or 5 star worthy. Why(other than food quality) 3 stars? Décor isn’t spectacular and with two other customers in the spot(literally they were individuals, not parties) our service was painfully slow… I know it was late, but even late all the good spots in Corona are reasonably quick. I’d definitely go back, with a good book or something.
