I ordered online, 2 toppings 2 medium pizza… It was great but one of the garlic butter was already opened. I was like ughh. Already spilled on my pizza. Not sure if I have to throw away all pizza or just whatever

I love Papa John’s Pizza. They have a great garlic sauce. I really think the garlic sauce is such a great idea. This location has on two occasion’s, including once this week, engaged in the most enigmatic behavior I have experienced in the area. Once, some time ago, I placed an online order with a coupon code. I paid online and picked up the order. They told me not to use such codes at the store and to go to another store. I just believed that the guy was nuts and never thought about it again. Recently, I got a Groupon for a $ 25 gift certificate and two one topping pizzas. I got my first pizza and it was delicious. I went to get my second pizza and when I asked to pick it up, I was asked for my ordering information. A man at the store(not the shorter guy at the register, but a guy who was also behind the counter), asked me if I had purchased the pizza at that location. He began to interrogate me about where I paid for the pizza. I told him online and he insisted I show him the order and the coupon. My pizza was ready and the box said I owed nothing. There was no reason for this man not to just hand me my pizza. He then looked on the phone, looked at his screen and interrogated me about how I paid and said I did not buy the pizza at the store. He told me from now one I needed to go to the Corona Store and that he would«allow it this time» but not to «do it again». The man then semi-aggressively handed me my pizza. I would speculate that others have had this experience.

Ordered a Large pizza with extra sauce and extra garlic sauce. Price came down to $ 13.59 which was fine. Sent my brother to open the door who is 11 years old and the delivery driver insisted that the tip is an obligation and it must be 7 dollars. After calling the manager and having the delivery boy back to my door he only brought back $ 2. Wheres my change? Apparently tip is an obligation. Finally i just gave up on insisting on my change. Horrible service.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza with chicken, extra cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms on 10⁄28 online as part of your 12 large 5 topping pizza deal. The pizza that arrived was a plain cheese pizza with no toppings. I called the local location to let them know that I received the wrong pizza. Your rep yelled at me and told me that I must have entered the information wrong online. I let him know that I had used your online system several times and I had inputted the information correctly. He continued to yell at me and tell me that I didn’t know how to order online. I originally just wanted the correct pizza delivered, but after being yelled(at for what I think is simply an error in your online ordering system) I told him that I wanted a refund. He continued to yell at me and tell me that he would be sending the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza. I have been ordering from your online system for at least two years now and this is the first problem I have had. I cannot believe that this is how your team decides to deal with issues. Obviously, there is an error in your online code which is not registering the proper pizza orders. Your associate however is blaming customers for the error when the problem is yours. Your associate had no right to be rude to me or to raise his voice as I was in my right to call about my order being wrong. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I called with the intention of simply requesting that they send me the correct pizza. I wasn’t upset when I called, I simply wanted what I ordered. I would like a full refund immediately for this order and for your sales people to have better manners.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and each time they’ve delivered my pizza within the time they said they would and it has been hot each time. They always remember the condiments I order. I order online so I’m not sure how they are when you call in but the delivery person has always been friendly. I recommend ordering online. You can make sure your order is exactly how you want it and they have good deals online.
