Subway

I got a tuna sandwich and a bowl of soup. There is just a thin layer of tuna, usually there is a lot more. I can’t taste the tuna at all. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and they had completely watered it down. I wouldn’t have even known this was broccoli cheddar if I wasn’t for the 2 small pieces of broccoli. This is the worst visit I have had, and I get this same order about once a week.

Excellent service, very nice ladies working in there this morning… bright clean establishment. Would definitely consider going again if I were in the area again.

I work in the neighboring nail salon, so I go this subway a few times a week. Everyone who served me each visit does great. Everyone is friendly and patient. Only issue I have is that the prices for my sandwich changes every other visit.. . And I get the same sandwich each visit. (Unless I change it up one day then a price change is to be expected).

Been here a few times. Haven’t had any issues at this location. It is very small inside, with only a couple tables available to sit at. Taking it to go would be the best plan, or finding a table outside to eat at. The plus side is that the store doesn’t get that crowded. It usually has one or two people in there– if that. Even on weekends it doesn’t get super crazy busy. Other locations will have a line going out the door, so that is convenient we don’t have to deal with that at this store. The employees here seem to follow all the health code laws, and the veggies all seem to he fresh for the most part.

Came in to take advantage of their terrific $ 2 6″ Italian or Meatball promo. Bread was super FRESH and sub was much better than expected. Friendly staff… A good quick bite to eat before going to the movies 100 feet away, and MUCH CHEAPER than the nearby 5 Guys burgers that will cost you 3 times as much money for less food…

I had a great experience here! Brian was friendly and showed my friend and I good customer service skills. He gladly took our coupons and made us 4 great 6″ subs!

I’m writing this review for one simple reason. I just got back from here and I’m extremely disappointed. I went here this summer several times. Every time it was roughly 98° inside the store. I thought they were trying to save energy but came to fine out that the AC was broken. After a month of issues and the temp being so high in the store I called it quits.
The employees were sweating it was so hot. The ice machine was trying to keep up as ice was melting. The fridge temp at the counter was to high. A plethora of issues. I called some people and Cal ORCHARD was was called for a health violation pertaining to the AC. The owner was ordered to fix it or get a fine. He didn’t fix it and took the fine.
The employees are great people here and make excellent food but something was off about the owner. Come to find out that he also owns another subway I frequent off Indian Truck Trail in Corona. He cares nothing about the employees or customers. He puts us and his staff at risk for all sorts off issues from health risks to safety risks and does almost nothing to fix them. Needless to say after my visit tonight and seeing that the AC is still not fixed properly I will not be eating at any of his franchises until Subway forces him into compliance.
Subway, I am an extremely concerned consumer. That you would let someone like this own a franchise and not force him into compliance is saddening at best. Get it together or start losing a ton of clients.

This Subway is way too small. Only a few tables and in a very busy location. The other problem is that if it’s busy you will be crowded by guests waiting in line for food because the location is barely large enough to fit diners, let alone people ordering food. If you plan to sit down and eat a sandwich I would head across the street to Panera, and if you REALLY need Subway I’d head up to the location down the street by the New York Pizza Department on Eagle Glenn Parkway.

great service, fast. i went their and got their new chicken salad sandwich. very fast service, friendly too. clean shop, small like most of subways. bottle drinks are available plus juice and milk. nice potato chip selection. subway now serves breakfast so they open very earlly. overall the experience was OK

This Subway is tucked away but convenient location with close proximity to Edwards. For those health conscious individuals, this is a good alternative. Before you hit the theater, this is a good place to stop by for a snack, since there is nothing healthy once you step beyond those doors.
I love the chipotle chicken. I usually get the foot long on Italian Herb and Cheese toasted: ½ now and the other half afterwards.

Didn’t even know this subway existed. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Just be careful though because they charge for refills!
