Captain Coronado’s

Captain Coronado’s is packed from floor to ceiling with tons of great gift items. Yes, everything’s a bit touristy here, but it’s still a fun place to find unique things for family and friends while you’re in Coronado.
This store has a great selection of clothing for both adults and children alike. There are walls of t-​shirts and hoodies, many of which have «San Diego» printed in bold letters across the front. We also found marine-​themed items by the «boat load» (Lol! I’ve been wanting to say that…).
Their are also plenty of cute stuffed animals and toys. There were shelves filled with books and games for kids. We also liked that they have really cute San Diego-​themed snow globes in a variety of sizes. The selection of toys is truly amazing here!
Captain Coronado’s will be one of our go-​to places to find unique gifts for family and friends on future visits to Coronado.

With some time to kill before boarding the ferry, we shopped like all tourists do. Our goal is to find a cool tee for hubby to get as souvenir. Luckily, we found one here after browsing through a few stores.

Good customer service. People are real friendly & helpful. They greet you very warmly upon entering. It has a wide variety of souvenir merchandise. Good place to check out if you’re visiting San Diego for the first time. There is something you can buy to make you remember your visit to SD. I have always driven by this place but haven’t checked it out until recently. Definitely come here again!

They have a wide selection of apparel, & souvenirs of any kind that you could find that they could stick the words «SAN DIEGO» onto.
I bought a fleece for my mom in a color she liked & it was on sale. I also got an ornament filled with sand and shells, which was something I could make. I think I spent less than $ 40, not too bad for souvenirs.
