Best gym on the island. Clean & bright with ocean view from the stair mill. Love it! The staff are friendly and it shows that they really care about each member. I feel at home every time I walk in!

I’ve gone to countless gyms in my quest to stay fit. This gym is quite unique. It sits on the top floor of the building overlooking Coronado Island and befits it’s location. Everything you need for a workout is there and readily accessible. No matter what your age or level of fitness, you will feel at home not only with the friendly staff but also with those training around you. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. Above all, the place is kept clean. If you are looking for a top notch place to train, give this one a try.

Highly recommend. This is the second summer that we used this gym for summer months. Affordable, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Had a great experience with their trainer and love the rooftop exercise area. Amazing views!

Used this gym while on vacation for a week. The gym is small yet nicely equipped, very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I purchased a weekly passing which allowed me access during my stay on the island. In addition, the gym has an outside balcony allowing you to exercise/stretch outside in the beautiful weather and enjoy the great views!

I love working out here! The staff is always helpful. They have an excellent variety of equipment and a few machines outside. It’s a great place to start or end your hectic day. The rates are really reasonable too. Classes are included. I don’t feel like I’m getting nickled and dimed.

Where do I start?! Brand spankin’ new, state-of-the-art, shiny equipment, with personal television/music dock/internet browser screens attached. Personal trainers who actually care about whether or not you’re getting the best out of YOU and are there to help rather than looking for that extra fee they can slap on. Pam and Tony really helped me out with figuring out what to do with an old injury of mine. They are two of the most down-to-earth trainers I’ve met to date. No sales team pressuring you to join. Floors that absorb shock and reduce noise! Never crowded! Plenty of ellipticals, treadmills and stairmasters. Lots of amazing weight machines that are almost impossible to misuse. Rowing machines with real water in them you can watch twirl away while you zoom! AMAZING view of Orange ave, top of the Del, and local businesses(you can watch the tourists breeze by on the sidewalks below while you stairclimb too!). A gorgeous hardwood floor in their classroom where they offer classes galore(Yoga, Zumba, etc:). They even have a playroom for your kids while you work out, which is so great if you’re a parent. I could go on. This place is a great gym to work out in, they have a really great, friendly staff and you will feel at home in– in any shape. Between this place and Bikram Yoga I’m having a blast getting into shape, and I hate working out! ONNNN the downside: 1. It’s $ 60 a month(but $ 99 for couples on the family plan!) which is WORTHIT due to what they put into this place and it is so so very close to my work and the classes are included. You can even try it out for just a month! There is no hassle at all in signing up. 2. No showers! Such a bummer, because I often work double shifts and I would LOVE to take a shower between shifts, and as is I won’t be able to come work out nearly as often as I would like because I’d rather not be a hot, sweaty mess at work. Luckily for the locals, they can zip on home and freshen up if need be. I live in La Jolla, so it’s not even worth the drive. Booo. I’ve considered begging them to give up a bathroom stall for a shower, because I’m just that silly. The pros far outweigh the cons for me and I highly recommend trying out a membership here as I would like to see this gym do well. :D Pictures to come.
