Had an amazing workout session with Michael in the pool today. It was fun, it worked your endurance, your strength, as well as cardio. Who would have thought that a swimming pool workout can be so challenging?! It’s not your grandma’s Aqua aerobics class, for sure. I love working out with Michael because he always mixes things up, so your workouts are never boring and routine.

Michael does a great job keeping you motivated, working hard, and helping you achieve your goals. He genuinely takes your results personally and will do everything in his power to help you get the body you want. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get started with a work out régime, or if you have hit a plateau working out on your own. Give him a try, you won’t regret it!

Michael is the best! He is knowledgeable, motivating and he makes exercising fun! He tailors your routine to fit your needs and he changes it up so it is not boring. He helped me with strength and balance as well as shaping and toning my body. He is professional and he enjoys what he is doing. I worked with Michael for 6 months, and I enjoyed every session!

Even those people in the zone will tell you that starting out exercising is not fun. If you’re out of shape or overweight it can suck. But Michael is aware of this and he’s seen it all, so whatever your current state, you won’t feel embarrassed. He’s also worked with those with special needs and health conditions. It all starts with a personal assessment, where he measures your weight/height, body fat, and takes photos — «before» photos. You’ll appreciate those. Michael will choose from thousands of exercises-some of which he created-for each session. He knows the sweet spot, where you are able to ramp up and be challenged. He says that when he goes to gyms he sees a lot of people exercising incorrectly, using the wrong movements or posture. Many of these people are just not getting much out of what they are doing, he says. And Michael’s is a holistic approach. He has a keen interest in your diet and sleep patterns. These things and your posture will all become second nature though. You’ll find yourself correcting yourself in these areas and you’ll start to feel what is best for you. And, if you are already in good shape-or even a pro-Michael can help you improve. He has formal education and a degree in the area.(He’s actually even played professional football, so he’s played with the best.) Don’t be down on yourself. It’s never too late.
