Texas Fishing Guide – Mark Parker

Toby took me on a fishing trip last weekend after a few failed attempts at teaching ourselves to fish. We thought we would maybe catch ~10 fish if we were lucky. Surprise surprise! We caught 50+!!!
We caught a ton of white bass. Imagine my expression when the fish count was at 33… Eventually we started to toss them back and moved on to a deeper area of the lake to catch stripers/​hybrid. While fishing for these fish, I really thought my fishing pole would snap, they were pretty strong and heavy!
The best part is that we went home with 6 ziplocs of cleaned fish filets. Mark let us grab a bite to eat while he cleaned and prepped our fish for the drive home. We definitely had to clean out the freezer when we got home and I’m pretty sure we’ll have enough fish for a whole month! The entire experience + the amount of fish we came home with was well worth the cost of the service. I highly recommend this guide service especially if you’ve never gone fishing! This experience made me feel like a pro… LOL
