Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

I was in a hurry to get my brows done and needed some place that was quick and professional. I called when I was close by and they said they could take me right away. Emily was friendly and did an excellent job. I always want my brows to remain as thick as possible but have shape. She did exactly what I wanted and my brows look great.

Update: I extended my circle of trust to include Regina.
Now, I only trust Alex or Regina with my brows. They are brow goddesses. I don’t know how they do it, but my brows are perfect every time I leave!

I came here for my first time to get my brows waxed. The girls here were very friendly and welcoming. The esty that did my brows was Alex, she was very professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me step by step what she was doing. She also showed me some amazing brow products and skin care. I left with eye cream & gimme brow. I will definitely be coming back next month. I highly recommend Alex to do your brows, she was a delight!!!

Usually I trust Benefit’s Brow Bar with my brows when I come to visit family in Marin, but I was way wrong this time. I specifically told my esthetician (Alex?) that I’ve had trouble in the past with other brow places, and have had too much taken off. I said I wanted a clean up and to keep my natural arch.
I was left with WAY too thin brows. I felt like my face looked completely different. I hate having to find a new brow place and I hope in the future the estheticians at this location will learn to LISTEN.

Phone rang through with no answer, I came by and the brow bar was closed– took way longer than it should before someone from another counter told me it was closed. I will stick to the mill valley brow bar from now on.

I went there this Christmas weekend with my bf and both of us got a brow wax. Nelly did a quick and fantastic job meanwhile interacting with us. I highly recommend her :)

I’ve always loved Benefit’s convenient brow bar and have always been exceptionally happy with my brows every time I go. I just moved to Marin and while shopping at The Village I decided to make an appt. They were extremely accommodating and got me in that same day! I got my brows done by Nelly and was extremely happy with my brows!!! I explained what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. She even showed me how to shape and fill in my brows with their eyebrow duo (which is AMAZING by the way)! She’s great at what she does and extremely knowledgable. By far the best experience I’ve had at Benefit! I definitely recommend Nelly!

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago and my brows still look good. The girl that did my brows was Marla and she did a great job! I will def keep going there.

Glad to hear there is a brow bar near my workplace. FYI, you are able to park in front of Macys curbside if you find space. Came here during my lunch break and my esthetician was Alicia. She did a really good job on my brows and made sure I liked the way my brow shaped before she started on the left side. I am definitely coming back here again. Also, if you call in to make an appointment, Benefit Counter is option #9.

Made a reservation in a punch and was informed I’d need to wait a half hour, or maybe come back tomorrow, is that ok? Nope — it’s not.

Brooke did an outstanding job on my brows. When I went in last week, she was not there and someone named Alicia did my brows. Sorry that I did that because she sliced them down to nothing. Hopefully, they will grow back. I will not stray from Brooke again.

I was looking for a good place to have my brows waxed and the Benefit Brow Bar was recommended to me. I’m so glad to have found them! Since moving to Marin, I’d just been getting my brows waxed at my nail salon because I wasn’t sure where else to go, and the results were less than ideal. Brow Bar got those babies all spiffed up and looking great again.
The Brow Bar is located inside Macy’s at The Village mall in Corte Madera. I called ahead and made an appointment, and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Brooke did a fantastic job with my brows. The waxing wasn’t painful, she took care to use creams that reduced any puffiness or redness, and the end result was spectacular. They’ve been really easy to maintain, too. It’s been at least a month since my visit and my brows still look great.
While Brow Bar aestheticians are (I’m sure) required to mention the Benefit products they use on your eyes, I did not get any kind of hard sell during my appointment. I appreciated that, as I wasn’t looking to buy cosmetics that day. Service throughout my appointment was very friendly. I will definitely be back!
