Ricardo and Mt. Tam Limo is probably the most reliable, and pleasant car service I experienced to date. I have to travel a lot for work and often need a car between San Rafael and SFO. No matter what time of day (or night), last minute changes, doesn’t matter, awesome service, great customer service. Will use them every time moving forward!

Had one of their drivers tailgate me today on Sir Francis Drake from San Anselmo to Woodacre. Thought he was going to rear end me when the traffic ahead of me stopped and I had to veer a bit to avoid being hit. The driver was distracted and aggressive. If this is any indication of their professionalism, I say seek another service — rude and dangerous!

My neighbor uses mt tam frequently so it was time to find out why she is so happy. Why did we wait so long ?.. The service was fantastic… friendly courteous drivers, on time pick and great communication via text, call or email raises the level of service to excellent. Thanks for being a great company. it made our trip so much better not having to worry about transportation ! thanks ricardo.
