Arrived in restaurant work T-​shirt and rumpled pants. Despite disheveled hair service was excellent, courteous, friendly and informative. While checking out we asked if the owner like any restaurants in the area. Quality of fitting and fabric was excellent at Mehlhaf’s.

Took my fourteen year old son in to purchase his first tie, was not impressed with how we were treated. I do not know how to tie a bow tie, and politely asked if he would mind showing us how. He told us, «Go look on youtube.» Furthermore, he did not once ask if we needed help. He acted like we must be lost. Too bad, I love to support local business, and unfortunately we will not be going back, or recommending this store to anyone.
