I don’t get all the 5 star reviews here ! november 2014 my 99GMC would not start in the hotel parking lot, bummer when you are 250 miles from home .So … we had it towed to Power filled out the info for the drop box and called Monday and waited . finally got call from the good olé’ boy service writer, first it was the«passlock» that was«wonky» and they needed to order parts, gave them the OK, next day the ignition tumber was«wonky» gave them the OK had to order parts, next day they apparently knew the had me over the barrel said the battery was«not good«not wonky gave them the OK just to get the car back ! talk about feeling taken advantage of ! I felt«wonky» after I paid the bill

My husband and I left the house with a wry«let’s go get turned down for a car and then get ice cream.» The next morning, we picked up a car. Not just a car, a NICE car. The newest car we’d contemplated owning. One that even our mechanic smiled at and said, «you’ve got 100k before you’ll be needing me, if you maintain it.» And best of all, at a rate and payment we wouldn’t have had the nerve to dream of. With extended warranty. This was not our first dealership experience. This was, by far, the best. Every person seemed cheerful and we were treated with respect. There was no sense of urgency(«you must sign NOW! This offer expires at five!»), there was no judgement of our financial past, there was a genuine desire to get us in a car we liked and help us establish good credit. I am impressed and grateful.
